OMG, I have never had a worse experience in customer service in my life. Tried to pick up a phone for my wife's birthday. I called the shop, nobody ever answered the phone. I tried to pick up the phone in the shop, I was late 5 seconds after closing, and they turned me away. If I could give a negative star, I would give them negative ten. Too bad I got the phone with a 2 year plan, otherwise I would switch company first thing tomorrow morning, this is how bad they are, pls don't waste your time with FIDO

Worse customer service ever! Went into store to open an account, charged me a $50.00 setup service fee. I was told at the time that there's no way to waive the fee, but all you have to do is set up your account online and you won't have to be charged! I called and asked how come they didn't tell customers that and all she said is They are not allowed to." In other words

the officer provide false information and also failed to operate the system. we are charged for unexpected fee, doublely.

Unhappy with the customer service, The guy in the store was just recommending me Roger's,I know Rogers and fido are related to each other but still the staff have to give the best to customer service, if you are here to recommend Roger's why are still here close the store. When ever I told the guy I got these services In my old network he recommended me Roger's not gave his single effort to help the customer.

They misrepresent information to meet their sales and make their commission. They cheated and sold old gen AirPods to my friend and told him that it’s the new 2nd gen ones. Avneet was the sales person and Simon is their manager. Stay away from this store if you don’t want to get scammed.

Scammers! I walked into their store yesterday and got myself new AirPods from Avneet. I confirmed with him multiple times that are these new AirPods and he said that yes it is the new gen. I even showed him the images from Apple website to confirm the model. He misrepresented the information and sold me the old gen AirPods Pro for the price of new ones. Then after the purchase was completed he informed that these are final sale because he knew that I’m being scammed. It would’ve been better if I just got these from Apple or any other store. Do not trust anything these employees tell you cause they play games to rip you off.

Great when signing up. Unfortunately felt rushed at the end of the process (lots of customers in store so I understand). I left here with 4 stars. Thank you R***n.However, the screen protector I requested to be applied was misaligned and repositioning had caused bubbles and the screen protector was still misaligned! Was told the bubbles would go away so I shrugged it off, my OCD self can handle a little bit of misalignment. I figure I would come back at a time less busy if any issues, anyway - decided to make the 45 minute trip just to have R***n send me away to contact someone else almost immediately, he wasn’t very pleased to see me.Wish I would’ve given my business to someone who had appreciated it more. Won’t be going back.
