I suggest you to AVOID THIS PLACE, THEY CALL THE POLICE IF THEY DO NOT LIKE WHAT YOU SAY.I wouldn’t give 1 star just because I’m unsatisfied with their work and skills. I understand everyone has different standards and after all they did offer me a refund under the premise of removing all the work they have done on my face. However, the altitude of the staff at this store is intolerable! During the negotiation, the staff insulted me more than once. Sarcastic? I mean sis, just get it straight! I’m here for your services, I deserve your respect as a customer.Although the negotiations on the phone wasn’t so smooth, I still smiled and said hi when I got to the store for the removal. The staff treated me with temper the first step I entered the store. After she removed her unsatisfying work on my face, she took the money and thrown on the table fiercely. When I questioned her altitude and ask “could you show some respect to your customers, I wonder what’s your bottom line of treating people?” The staff at the counter stood up and yelled at me to get out of their private property. I was totally astonished by her behavior!The best part is that she threatened me to call the police , that made me laugh. “Why the police? What did I do wrong TO YOU?” She said because I’m threatening her and trespassing their property. She picked her phone with rage on her face. I simply waited there cuz I desperately want to know how the police will react to this ridiculous scene. Ends up she didn’t call police. she was calling her friend. A fair and objective friend who will help us out here? Don’t think so. This is the most ridiculous and funny scene I have ever experienced with a service provider. This shows their ignorance and extremely bad altitude towards their customers. This is not the way to do business sustainably.

My best friend got her lashes done here and I was amazed by how natural and full it looked. I gave it a try and fast forward a few years from now, I have been going to this place for many years now. They are extremely hygienic (cleaning your lashes before they apply the extensions) and their store is always on point. Lin is fantastic! She is extremely professional and is really talented in what she does. I always receive compliments on how nice my lashes are. This is my go to lash bar! Definitely a solid 5+++!

I've had pleasant interactions with Alice, who is one of the sisters who owns this place. I recently had my lashes done by Lin. The lashes were done nicely but she took some photos of me. I explicitly asked not to post any photos of me as I am not comfortable with this. Lin told me it was just to show me the comparison. Later, I found a video on their Instagram stories with me, which I asked Alice to remove. Last week, I found a photo of me on the feed and just now, I found a photo of me on their stories. I did not consent to this and after I asked a couple times, I do feel violated which is why I am publicly posting this review. I shouldn't have to make this statement a few times to get my point across. Please, I do not want photos of me posted. The fact that I've had to point this out several times makes new feel disrespected and violated.

You will experience the worst service and quality in this store! Don't waste your money to this shop!There are all unprofessional and not responsibility staff. You will pay more money in this store, and get the much worse result than other cheaper store.

Lash we’re fine. Bad experience over all.1. Appointment was made in the morning, the lady was late and never apologized. I was waiting outside for the store to open.2. Lack of communication. We had discuss the price for either $60 or $90 for different style. Price came out to be $150 because she put more extensions on mine. ??? Excuse me
