Promptly returned my calls and explained the requirements around asbestos testing in detail. One key thing going for this company is that they don't benefit by any positive asbestos results through the resulting abatement work.

I was hesitant being unfamiliar with the process and so far away and unable to be onsite. But Clint talked me through the process and we went ahead. The unit smells like a new car!!! Prior occupant had smoked a lot of Cannabis inside the unit. The smell is gone completely. Well worth it!

We have used Assure Property Solutions several times over the course of the last two years. The customer service is excellent. The services we had done included water quality testing, radon testing (long term), and air quality testing. Each time we were given thorough lab reports of the results with clear instructions on how to interpret findings. Clint is great and we highly recommend working with him.

Report was detailed,great photos of each category,gave good info on report areas,had some questions was able to speak to him on phone,quickly as these inspectors are very busy at this moment, was easy to confer with on said issues,answered my questions of concern , polite, professional in every aspect, would have no problem , referring and dealing with this company again in future or calling him personally on area of concern!
