When you enter a store and you are not greeted it is a put off. When you buy jewelry and you try it on but you elicit no response, not even a smile from the salesperson it makes you question the why. PEC could use an injection of diversity but I do hope that wasn't the reason why.

Lovely little store! The saleslady there was very friendly & super helpful. I bought a nice sterling silver ring & silver studs. I would recommend a look around.

I love the place, it always has some pretty bobble to bring home, my friends and I always find something there every year. I love their selection. The women there are also very nice!
