This is an amazing bicycle repair shop, providing expert bike technicians, great prices, and super quick repairs. We cycled around Lake Ontario in may and, our cables were so stretched, I barely could get into my middle chain ring. Highlands fixed both our bikes at a reasonable cost and we had them back in 24 hours. When we hopped on our bikes, I felt like I was on a brand new bike.

This shop is fantastic and Ronaldo is amazing at what he does. I brought in an older trail bike (which was neglected) for a Complete Tune-up and it is now better than when I purchased it. Shifting is incredibly smooth and it rides great. Ronaldo went above and beyond, staying after hours so I could pick the bike up. Prices are fair, and the level of professionalism and customer service are outstanding. Highly recommended.

Amazing! Came for a complete tune-up after seeing Ronaldo in 2020, while he still worked out of his garage.Don't mind the stickers, that is my doing haha. Everything was perfectly adjusted, and I had the new seat + kickstand installed for no extra cost.Will definitely be returning. Thank you guys!

Have tried for days to get ahold of someone here with no response! Met someone at the doors stating they have been trying for two weeks to get ahold of them! NOT GOOD! Sad part is last year they were on the ball this year they definitely dropped it!

This was the second time in 2 years I’ve gotten my bike tuned up with Ronaldo. He does amazing work. He’s more than reasonably priced. Turn around was super quick. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ronaldo does honest work and he’s super knowledgeable. My bike feels brand new!

The customer service here is amazing. I got my electric scooter fixed here (Apollo Phantom V2), the fender was broken, the disc rotor was bent and the scooter needed new brake pads. The person working there offered me a great price for everything and when I went to pick up the scooter, it looked better than new. Will definitely be returning for future repairs, very knowledgeable individual. 5/5

Went for back tyre tube replacement. Ideally it is 30$.Forget to give back my damaged part which cost me 13$.Did not ask for front tube replacement, it had single puncture only.Replaced it with out asking and charged me finally.Did not take accountability. Then blamed me. Got out with nearly 73$ rip off.Would prefer decathlon store instead. Just costs 14$ for new tube change with labor.It costs 30$ here for the same.Prefessional rip off.Definitely will not go next time.

Did a tune up and repais on two bikes that have never been serviced and are 10 years old. Was quoted a week, but it took 2 which was fine. What was a bit rough is there is NO communication. Left a voice mail, texts, called daily and phones were never turned on.
