We've been using Falcon as our internet provider for 3 years now and have been really happy with the quality of internet. We live in the country, and don't have many options. Their price is pretty well on par for the other rural internet providers but their customer service is far better. We have very few outages, but when we call to report a problem they are quick to get back to us with answers or assistance.

We switched over to Falcon Internet over the summer and have been very pleased with the service and internet. They have gone above and beyond to ensure our switch and experience has been exceptional!! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a better internet provider!!

I have been using this company for just over a year now and started with the slow speed but upgraded my plan and haven't had any problems since!! They are really knowledgable and helped me when I needed them. Very reasonable rates.

Worst service I have ever used... Gave them 3+ weeks sort things out and eventually they stop returning emails and calls. Rates don't reflect service and technicians have very little pride in their install. Stay clear.

little to no customer service, intermittent internet speeds frequently below what you're paying. over 30 unanswered calls to customer service in the last year. our problem has never been resolved nor do they care

We were searching for a internet provider that would service our area for about 4 months we live about 20 min from masonville mall but classed as rural area. We tryed a diffrent provider and they were not unlimited and charged almost 400 for one month. That was with a 50 percent discount they told us because of covid. I came across Falcon just searching Google and they came out with in the week the techs were very nice and professional. I have found customer service was very good . I have not had any issues yet. We have been using falcon for a month so far.

Over all I've been very happy with my service. The network is very consistent. My only complaint would be that when things have gone down it had been challenging to reach support but once I have I have always found the service superb. It's a small company they're just not going to gave a 24 hour call center like bell, the trade off being that they treat you like a human being and work with you to solve your problems rather than just hanging up once they reach the end of their script. End of the day it's a solid company.

After a few hiccups initially this system works flawless. We are now exclusively dependent on Hydro One for it to work.Service is constant and no after school" downtime because of traffic. the last 3 years have been a pleasure. Netflix works perfect and even with multiple computers and phones the system hasn’t failed."

Still have not dealt with the company but I feel bad leaving a 1 star over the price when it is my fault for not realizing this is completely wireless internet for out of town.It just seemed too expensive to me.I'm sure this is a great company if you live in a rural area.
