I’ve been flying with them between Victoria and vancouver (both harpur and airport) since 2019 (I think over 15 times) and I’ve never had a bad experience. That should paint a clear picture. Staff are always nice, very friendly, and accommodating. Inside of the buildings are clean and for passengers there are free tea and coffee while waiting. There are stand by turbo and student discount which makes the flight more affordable. It decreases the amount of traveling time between Vancouver and Victoria significantly! (35 minutes downtown to downtown).Flights are small. I even had the experience of sitting in the copilot sit once which was an amazing experience. ( there are information on their website if you want to try that) . Overall very pleasant experience !

Always use Kenmore Air for my fights to and from Seattle and it’s been a great experience. This flight terminal is excellent. Downtown Victoria, great cafe next door for a quick bite before your fight.
