I ordered this wagon May 29th saying that the delivery would be mid June. I am still waiting as the status of the order still says order placed"

I bought a four harness wagon from Familyeasy last year for my daughter! At that time, my daughter had 6 month old twins, a 2 year old and a 4 year old! Without the wagon she was house bound! The harnesses make it safe for all the children and gave support to the little ones who were just sitting up. The wagon is amazing and we’ve had so many ask about it. Craig quickly responds to questions and ships as quickly as possible! We’re delighted with our product and highly recommend buying from this company.

This is the best stroller wagon on the market! I run a daycare and have 2 kids over 3 and 2 kids under 2 and they all fit perfectly! The living has the biggest wheels on the market and it has been so easy going for walks out in the snow! Easily fits in between doors! Amazing customer service. Craig, the owner was fantastic to speak to and helped me with any questions I had! Would highly recommend to anyone looking! *Note that the child had plenty of room to put his arm in the wagon, but just prefers not to*

Before purchasing this wagon I did a lot of research! I asked Craig at family easy multiple questions about the quality of wheels. He reassured me they were durable and would hold up to anything, however that is not the case for the Living model. The wagon arrived weeks later than promised. When It finally arrived I set it up and went for a walk on pavement. 15 minutes into our walk the wheel treads have multiple chunks out of them and I have a crack on one of the front and one of the large back wheels . I am highly disappointed and would NOT recommend purchasing this model. The back wheels are leaning in so bad they are almost rubbing on the wagon frame , like paper width away.. the wheels themselves feel very cheap and not made well.Craig had admitted to me that they delete and block all negative reviews because it’s bad for businessOverall the wagon is nice but for the price I expected a premium product and and VERY disappointed with my purchase because of this major defect in the wheel quality

We bought our Famileasy wagon last year in the spring Craig and his family were great. We have used our wagon daily even through the winter months. Just this past week we really put it to the test we took our 3 and 4 year old to meet their family in London England. It made traveling through the airport a breeze. We were able to put our luggage and the kids in it and it still maneuvered like a dream. The best part we were able to take it right up to the plane and fold it before boarding and it was there as soon as we stepped off the plane ready to take our sleepy Littles after an 8 hr flight. I would highly recommend for any family. It was a game changer. We are already looking into our next trip.

Expect to wait months for anything. We've ordered a wagon and various attachments on different dates. Each time the website tells us 2 weeks, we end up waiting at least 2 months without even so much as an update.Still waiting on a rain cover we ordered over a month ago, hasn't shipped yet. Was hoping to have it before the end of spring but that's not likely at this point. The last order, seems like they only shipped after we emailed them.We're paying a good +$1000 for this thing, the least you could do is keep your customers updated/informed of any shipping delays (obvious from other reviews that I'm not the only one with this problem).Nice wagon, however I'm starting to wish I had of went with a more reputable company.

When I originally ordered my wagon end of last year I knew it was on backorder but didn't realize how long it would take to actually come in. However the owner of the company did send out gift cards to purchase other items to make up for the delay. I was very frustrated at first but once I received the wagon I literally forgot about everything because it is literally the best purchase I've made. My kids absolutely love it and I think I love it more than them. When I run into any issues they are quick to respond and fix it right away. I am so happy I decided to go with famileasy because those back wheels make it so easy to push three kids around.

I've had my Famileasy wagon for a year now and we use it all the time! I had infant twins and a toddler when I received the wagon so it was great to be able to transport them all, plus a lot of the extra cargo that need to come with us. We still use it all the time now that they are a bit older. We also purchased the wagon ski attachments so I can still get on the trails in the winter. I've had a great experience dealing with Craig! He was very helpful with a warranty issue that was resolved quickly and was very transparent when dealing with a supply-chain related delay in receiving the wagon. I recommend the wagon for anyone with 3+young kids!
