Was completely impressed with this company. They are fast and efficient. Tony was so helpful and took his time explaining everything to me and put my mind at ease. Derek and Brian were punctual and did an amazing job installing the air conditioner and new coil. They were so helpful going over everything again with me.Super nice guys who cleaned up everything . Would I recommend this company? In a heartbeat.

I can't say enough about this company! They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Will and Johnny showed up every day on time for over a week to complete a major renovation which included switching my electrical heat over to a furnace plus the installation of all ducts and AC unit. I was very happy with my experience relying on Joe's Heating. I called with an A/C problem in the morning of a very hot day and they were able to have a technician come to my home later the same day. The technician, Mark was professional and courteous and really had to be resourceful to find the fault in the system. He successfully got our problem resolved quickly and we're now enjoying the cool air flowing through our home again. Thanks Mark and Thanks Joe's Heating & A/C. In March this year we had new furnace installed by your company. Best ever service. From the woman who answers the phone, the fellow estimated the cost and the installer. I called the office yesterday because the air conditioner attached to the furnace was not cooling properly. It just was not blowing hard enough through the vent. Nick arrived this morning to investigate. Thermostat was not registering properly. He found a minor wire connection was not allowing fan to produce enough air. He found problem and fixed it for me. I thought I might have to get a new air conditioner. Thanks to the integrity of him and your company he did not charge for service. Because as he said it was partially as well as our thermostat. Appreciate very much his honesty. I would highly recommend your company to anyone.

Mark was at our house in less than 30 minutes. 45 minutes later, our air conditioner was fixed. Exceptional service. Best of all, Joe's is located in Oshawa. I'm glad I was able to Shop Local!

This company is very easy to work with. The people are very professional and will answer any related questions that you might have with honesty and integrity. Since I’ve been dealing with my water heater unit’s manufacturer for warranty claim myself, I had to call Joe’s multiple times and they are very accommodating. Every time I called, the experience was always good. Tina and Laura took the necessary steps from providing the earliest possible schedule up to dealing with my unit’s manufacturer directly for parts and labor warranty.Also, Mark, the technician who diagnosed and eventually replaced the broken part of my tankless water heater, is very professional, honest, and worked really clean. Amazing service! Our furnace stopped working and they were able to come and fixed it that day. Our technician Nick was super helpful and friendly. He explained everything to us and his recommendations.Also, the woman that answered the phone when I called was very friendly, helpful and attentive.Will definitely continue to use their different services in the future. I called Joe’s about having a central air unit installed in my house, Tina gave me options at great prices, and was able to get me booked in quickly, a day after I took occupancy. Tim & Josh did a great job with the installation, quick, courteous and cleaned up when done! Will definitely use the team at Joe’s for anything I need in the future.

I called Joe's Heating and Air Conditioning after my furnace had stopped working.Mark attended the service call and was very thorough and showed me his diagnostic procedure for determining the faulty part.I was impressed that the receptionist was able to schedule my repair faster than I expected.
