Terrible post-sales service. Sold me a car with defective (bubbled) tire and Pamela Chagnon felt comfortable forcing me to drive an hour to the dealership with a tire that risked exploding - risking mine and the car's safety.

Extremely bad experience especially with the maintenance department. Keep your car away at all costs. When I test drove the car I was buying I told them it had bad breaks, and the front camera was blurry. They said the camera was dirty and the breaks would be fixed.When I picked up the car they charged me an extra 4000 dollars that they forgot" to refund me. The breaks were still bad

Unprofessional when resolving serious problem like selling you an accidented car which had $5,600 of damages which their carfax didn't show . Didn't even acknoledge a mistake. Found out about the car that was rearended when I got my carfax because I was going to sell it.
