Lori is not in only competent, but also very talented when it comes to choosing a style that works naturally with your hair type. They offer all the services you need and are highly organized.The coloring, style and waxing were all well done, the service friendly and very efficient. I really trust this salon to do a good job. Prices are reasonable.

I showed up Sunday morning when they first opened at 11 and asked if they had any drop in spot today. She said yes but come for 330pm and put our names in for both my 4yo daughters. We returned at 315 that day while waiting got a cookie from cafe across and sat waiting for our turn as I could see the hairdresser was with a client finishing cutting and doing a perm. While we waited an elderly lady came and asked about appt, the owner/Booker pointed to us telling her we are booked and waiting and yes after us. We sat in their inner waiting area and then the hairdresser proceeded to call the old lady in. She washed her hair. It was now 345, I asked if she was going to cut the girls hair first as we had been waiting. She said just a few min and then proceeded to cut the ladies hair. 4pm she finally called us to get ours cut, two four year old trying to sit so patiently. And I would have left at 340 but I promised the girls a haircut and they were upset when I asked them let's leave. When I asked her why we were taken so late, she lied and said the else lady has a 315 spot, when I knew and heard what was said when she had come in . I'm a very patient person but this was ridiculous and no sorry or anything. We were out of there by 418 as the girls literally just needed a nice little trim. Won't be going here again.

Took my daughter to get her nails done and Lori the lady who did her nails basically used the 6 nails my daughter still had left from previously doing her nails in January she then added a few stickers on top of her nails and not all her nails just a few instead of actually doing the design my daughter brought the picture of she then tells me my total is $80 I was so shocked I have never ever paid that much for nails and stickers plus she used 6 nails that were already on!!!!They were late starting on her and they took so long.

Nail salon is fantastic! Hair salon is waaaaay over priced…. $45 for a wash and trim is too much. Will go back for mani/pedi but thats it.

I truly love this salon in Georgetown, I've been going there for years to get my nails done. My husband have been getting his haircuts and would not let anyone touch it until the mall opened up after the lockdown LOL. Very punctual, courteous and trusted with cleanliness and safety. Friends have thanked me for recommending them to Hair In Style because of their satisfaction in their quality of work.

Super friendly employees Lori does my hair color/highlights cut, nails, waxing, tinting eyelashes. Extremely reasonable prices found this place this summer by accident walking through Georgetown mall. Couldn't say better things about the place love my new hair. See you next summer Lori

I went in for manicure, my nails were not nice and were dry. Lori toke the time to do my nails, not a rush job. This was my first time here but I will be coming back for sure.

The first Perm I had was done by Lori and was excellent. Recently, I returned for a perm on my much longer hair. I had booked my appointment with Lori, however upon arriving a different hairdresser was tasked with rolling my perm. The perm is uneven and he chose to use very small rollers for shorter layers making it almost impossible to blend them into the rest of the curls. I have thin hair and asked there not be layers cut into my hair. He cut and layered my hair in a way that now makes the ends look thin and straggly. In the end, I cut my own hair afterwards. When he was finished he did not make an attempt to style the hair and extra curly parts, he giggled. Would only recommend services with Lori. Prices are very low, get what you pay for.
