Dr. Minovi is kind, attentive and never rushes time with her patients. She is the only reason I remain with this clinic as it is not close to my home. However, there has been an ongoing, serious problem with the phone system and customer service. It is rare to hear a human voice answer the phone and the message box is always full, ...mailbox memory is full. Please call again later." This would be more efficient if the caller could at least leave a message. This issue has been prevalent for more than 3 years. When will an effort be made to fix tis?"

No care for others whatsoever. Whomever owns the clinic is most insincere.Stop towing people from a space you don’t need or use.

Dr.Minovi is the best Doctor. I highly recommend her. She is very kind & generous and takes her time with you ..listens to you very carefully. ❤️

Dr. Minovi is an amazing. very caring and she always follows up. The clinic though is an absolute mess. Nobody picks up the phone. They are already open and every time I call nobody answers.

My family and I had been patients at this clinic for over ten years. It is sad to see the service and quality of care significantly decreasing each year. If I could give zero stars I would. The voicemail is always full, there is no way to book an appointment not even over the phone to prescribe a refill on medications, never mind seeing someone in person. The one time I was able to see a doctor last year I was rushed out without even being given the opportunity to explain what was wrong. For a walk in clinic, you’d expect to for walking in and waiting for an appointment would be ideal, but that’s not the case. It seems like the only way to see a doctor here is to book 2 months out for an appointment. How is that feasible? As a clinic, you would assume that a patient care would be a core value as well as seeing patients in a timely manner. It’s not just the doctors, the front desk staff is awfully rude and speaks in a demeaning tone to patients. Avoid this clinic if you can, it is a prime example of one of the leading clinics in poor patient care in Abbotsford.

Why is there a phone if no one is answering it? A doctor made a hospital in india. There are no doctors here. They are leeches. Please avoid this clinic. Its so hard to get in touch with the clinic because they never answer the phone and the voicemail is always full. They also shut the office down on random days. The current doctor and staff are not the best and very unorganized. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

After searching for quite some time, I have finally found a good doctor and clinic. Dr. Johal is an amazing doctor; he is very knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and professional. If there is ever an urgent situation, it is easy to get an appointment ASAP. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service and will definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Minovi is a wonderful doctor, very caring, I never feel rushed. The staff do there jobs well. I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes past my appointment time.
