Horrible experience not just once but two times.First was when they initially started dry cleaning service. I gave an expensive white formal jacket and it came back yellow. When i questioned them on it they completely washed their hands off and blamed the outsourced company. They gave me their phone number and did them. They were rude and disrespectful. Second was today i bought a charger two days ago and it didn't work but all i got was our policy is no exchange and no return. Again just rude and disrespectful . I am for sure not going back to them ever again.

We were getting helium for balloon(also got from their store), the owner already charged 6 dollar for the helium when we pay for the balloon. Then he opened the package of the balloon and he asked for $$18 more. It’s so bad that he asked for more and didn’t allow us to get refund since he said he already opened the package.

Great small neighborhood shop, but what makes it stand apart is the lady who works here- heart of pure gold. Great customer service, very welcoming and one of the best people to have met this far. Highly recommended

The best dollar store in all of Burnaby. Service with a smile always, very helpful both husband & wife. Clean, fresh smelling & very well stocked.

Solid little dollar store, I usually pop in to pick up my sodas they're cheaper then anywhere else near by, considered dropping one star off for lacking some of the staples I can find at other dollar stores, but chances are unless you're after very thin wire or some hyper specific crafting supplies it won't bother you.

Really nice, friendly guy running this store.The selection isn't as good as the big box dollar stores, but this one has everything you might need in a pinch. They also sell lottery tickets.
