I absolutely love the experience at Lomsnes Every Time I go there. Every team member is exceptionally friendly and caring. It is such a good feeling knowing that I’ll have absolute peace of mind with the care that they consistently provide. Above and Beyond client care. Greatly appreciate it!!!! I already knew that the treatment at Lomsnes was exceptional, but I had to go to a different vet clinic recently, and the difference was unpleasantly stark. Made it stand out Even More how Awesome they are. :)

I cannot say that I have been very happy with the service at this veterinarian, I have encountered the following, in no particular order, and as not to single out, any one individual, condescending, lacking empathy, caring more about Repeating unnecessary very expnsive tests , than taking care of their Senior patient, price, gouging, self, entitled. These are just some of the choice words that come to mind when I think of this Veterinarian after five years of dealing with them. Was talked into two plans both were completely useless thrm couple thousand dollars over yhe course if three years It seemed every time I went. That bill was $400. And they actually talk to you like you might not pay a bill that you somehow have done them wrong , They’ve already run every test they could possibly make me pay for and here we are with a dog who is now old, who had been suggested by Dr. Lisa to consider putting her down three years ago, after she tried to talk me into a $6000 dental bill funny how the dogs teeth fell out all on their own with no problem but you made it sound like it was the most dramatic life altering situation possibly out there , but somehow now they want me to spend another $400 on a bunch of unnecessary tests to make sure the dogs incontinence is because she’s 100 years old, as opposed to just giving an old dog a tablet for her incontinence. They are cruel, thoughtless and rude. I would never trust people like this. They are as phoney as they come. The only person in there who’s nice is the youngest receptionist the office, the office manager thinks she works for the Gestapo and that says an awful lot about the owner ,rudeness comes from the top

We absolutely LOVE Lomsnes Veterinary hospital and all the amazing and friendly caring staff. I take my mini dachshund Leroy here since we got him and they take the absolute best care of him, I feel at ease and confident knowing if I have to leave him for surgery he is gonna be well taken care of. I have my dog on an optimum plan and its such a great program they offer to reduce the cost of annual vaccines and nail trim visits. We appreciate how they do up little goody treat bags for him when he has his wellness exams. They are great at staying on top of his routine exams and will either email or call me to notify me when he is due as life is so busy to keep track of appointments. I cannot say how blessed we are to find a veterinary office who treats us like family and not just a number as I've been to other clinics with our previous pets. Thank you for your ongoing care we will always recommend this place to our friends and family.

We have been going to see Dr Lisa Lomsnes and staff for almost 10 years now! They are by far one of my most trusted clinics. They care so deeply for our pets. Our 2 cats are very nervous but have grown to love the girls here, and our pitbull just loves going in for a visit! The team at Lomsnes Clinic has been with us through many emergencies and I can't thank them enough for all their hard work and compassion!

They always treated my cat well, even when she can be a nightmare to deal with, and they have always been good at keeping in touch and communicating appointment times or results. They've given several ways to book appointments, and I've never felt uneasy leaving my cat with them if needed.Every single one of the staff really seem to love all the animals as though they are their own.

Hands down, Lomsnes Veterinary Hospital is an OUTSTANDING team of professionals. When it was time to put down our BELOVED family cat, my son and I walked in off the street - WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT - an emotional train wreck, and they completely took care of us. We weren't even their previous clients. Their compassion and genuine concern for all three of us touched our hearts. The keepsakes we received a week later are PERFECT. Thank you for doing everything in your power to ease our pain when we were so deeply sad. God bless you.

I find this to be an expensive vet, and they're often running late. But the service provided and friendliness of the staff even it out. I know they take the time to get pet parents informed and give instruction on how to keep our pets healthy. I leave feeling confident I can take the best care of my pet possible because they give me the tools. That's priceless in a vet.

I brought our senior hamster to the vet with my two young boys. The vet tech & the vet herself read the room perfectly and even engaged my kids by asking them questions about their hamster. Super friendly staff.

Our (many) pets have been under Dr Lisa and Dr Hailey’s care since 2007.Lomsnes has consistently provided extra special, compassionate care for our pets.From puppy and kittens, right through to their journey across the ‘Rainbow Bridge’, and everything in between <3Dr Lisa and her Team work hard to make their clients feel supported and informed, almost like an extended family.We cannot say enough to recommend them.
