My husband and I hired this company to refurbish our large16 by 23 back deck. Power washing, sanding, and staining.Kurtis showed up to give us a reasonable estimate. He was on time, extremely pleasant and very professional. He responded to our questions with knowledge and sent us samples and photos later that day. When we hired him and his company he gave us a detailed time table and showed up with his helper on time and even came on a weekend to finish a few items as promised and on time. Great jobWe hired Kurtis Patterson (referred by a good friend) from Celtic Property Cleaning to help clean the exterior windows of our raised ranch home. These windows had become ridiculously dirty after 2+ years of construction. And from the moment he arrived, Kurtis seemed very friendly and professional. He efficiently completed the window cleaning (taking time to clean even the sticky spots) within the 45 minute time frame he estimated when he arrived.Kurtis used a technology & window squeegee system that required only one outdoor faucet to reach the whole house.From our first communication, Celtic Property Cleaning was quick to get back to me and responded in a warm way via text (my request for correspondence). The price suggested for exterior window cleaning, we felt, was reasonable for the cleaning he did. Kurtis showed up at the agreed upon time and did a great job. This was the first time we’ve hired anyone to clean our windows. I highly recommend this company, and will call again re: other services offered, like gutter cleaning & pressure washing.All texts leading up to our appointment were within quick time frames.This is my permanent window cleaning company now, as Kurtis removed all kinds of stains. My husband Patrick & I are satisfied that we chose this company, as the technique used seems to work very well, and Kurtis was quick and terrific about cleaning up just before he left. Other than the water on the ground that quickly evaporated, and the clean windows, there’s no visible evidence of him being here.
