I use their shippsy service and it's generally pretty good but they make you jump through a bunch of hoops if you don't have an invoice that they like. I'm not sure what they would do if it was a gift being sent where you had no invoice at all but I had a foreign invoice and they made me do a bunch of work to show them I bought the item. Probably to satisfy some regulations but it would be nice if they made this clear up front. If you're receiving something from a private individual they may not allow you to use their service but you'll find this out after it's already been sent to them.

Quite unhappy with their new “Stallion Economy Standard” shipping service.There are constant problems with it. I wouldn’t suggest if shipping valuable items or sensitive goods. There’s a reason it’s so cheap, you get what you pay for.Warehouse staff are 5/5, every single one of them are amazing.Customer service staff are door knobs, they are clueless to the services they provide and lack logic. They are just a human at a keyboard that relays messages and don’t accept any responsibility for their own mistakes. They need to understand the better they serve their customers the better these customers can serve them. More training is required.

came in for a trial, was told the trial would be for 2 hours minimum I was told to go home in half n hour... when I arrived I was greeted by Balwan and I told her I'm here to see Ton or the Sharavan and was told I don't need to see them that she is the one that will be showing me what to do...she did not show me what to do continued to talk on her phone then when I got my chance to try the job she said oh it's time for you to go bye.....LOLLL this place is a joke.

One of my packages was lost/misplaced, and as a result it was not shipped to my customer.I contacted Stallion Express customer service, and they were able to assist in finding a resolution although I had not purchased insurance on the package. They were very quick and professional with their investigation on the matter, so i'll definitely continue to use their services and recommend others to do so as well. Thank you!

Stallion Express goes above and beyond. This location is amazing and the person at the front desk was incredibly friendly and kind. Online, I had asked a question and expected to get a response in a few days, and they answered me in extreme detail in like 20 minutes, and even sent PDF photos of something I couldn't find online.
