Watch station as a brand is good but the customer service here is highly unprofessional they close their gates at 7:50 , we bought 5 watches and came back to buy one more as just wanted to buy another which we short listed. They locked their doors and said no further entry. We requested them to open but they bluntly said no entry. I would like to highlight this guy at the door here he was the acting manager and he was highly unprofessional we showed him the time and asked that the store closes at 8. If we as tourists are treated like this what will be the service to normal public.

Had a wonderful experience!Kiran was so nice and helpful ! She helped me to pick a really nice watch for a gift and gave Great suggestions. I bought four watches, although I was there just for one gift. Will be back to buy another watch from her soon!5 star for kiran!!!!!
