I just recently purchased a used Murano, from start to finished it was a pleasant experience. I usually get stressed over buying a vehicle. But all the staff at Brasso were great, and did not feel pressured at all. This is my first Nissan an have never seen this type of service. The wife and I loved the hand over where they explain the features of the vehicle. Thank you Adrian, and staff, we will be back

Did not end up purchasing a vehicle at this location, however the staff were kind, courteous and willing to sit down to discuss my options. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase and I truly felt like they were trying to do the right thing and get me into the right vehicle. Didn't buy here, but I would definitely put them at the top of my list for my next purchase.

Bought a new Frontier. Cash smiles and that experience was good. Talking to the detail Mgr. was not the greatest. One of those guys that thinks he nows it all. After a little while I saw a dent in the hood talking to one of the manager he is getting insulting. Brasso Nissan does not deserve businessUpdate- talked to Dianne the general mgr. this was just another useless experience. Right off the bat she said I don't do this anymore ". Want to meet pathetic come to Brasso"

Exceeded expectations! One of the best in Calgary and by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. They went above and beyond to fix the issues my new vehicle had. The purchase process was quick and transparent, everyone from sales, service and management were extremely accommodating, communicative and supportive. Tyler, our sales rep was awesome! Highly recommended!

Amazing customer service!! I have taken my Nissan rogue and now my kicks into brasso for service and they have always given me 5 star treatment.My kicks was purchased at a different dealership, and the extended warranty I purchased, was not transferred to my name when I bought the vehicle. Brasso service team went above and beyond to figure out the problem with my warranty, and did their best to fix the issues with my car, while trying to give me the lowest price possible.Specifically Kevin, Justin, and Ryan are amazing staff on the service team. They care about their jobs and work to make your experience a pleasant one.I definitely recommend going to brasso for any service you may want for your Nissan vehicles.

Having to buy a vehicle is stressful. Having to do so after your vehicle (that you loved) is written off in an accident makes it even more so. After doing some research and searching online I found a vehicle that I was interested in at Brasso Nissan and reached out via email to arrange for a test drive. I was impressed with Tyler, our sales consultant (extraordinaire) right from the start. His communication skills are exceptional. He facilitated the test drive promptly and efficiently accommodating our availability, provided the knowledge we needed to make our decision and was empathic to our situation. He negotiated the sale fairly and honestly and I felt that he “went to bat for us” while still providing profit to the dealership. After all it is a business and they can’t stay in business by giving cars away. After taking delivery I reached out to Tyler to provide feedback on some small details and was met with sincere apologies and solutions by both Tyler and his GSM Richard, not defensive attitudes, excuses or dismissal (even though we are talking about a 5 year old vehicle). I continued to be impressed!The showroom at Brasso is clean and comfortable and each staff member that we encountered was professional, attentive and friendly. The icing on the cake was receiving a handwritten “Thank You and welcome to the family” card in the mail from the General Manager, Diane Degutis inviting me to contact her with any comments or concerns. Such a nice touch!I truly look forward to continuing my relationship with Brasso Nissan on the service side of things and for any future vehicle purchases. I have no hesitation recommending this dealership and Tyler in particular to friends, family or anyone who is doing their research (i.e.; reading reviews) and looking for a positive car buying experience.They are a class act!

I just bought a Jeep from Reid at Brasso Nissan! He was super amazing to me, as a lady going into a car dealership you are a bit apprehensive. Reid answered all my emails in a timely fashion, was personable and absolutely a great help. I highly recommend going to Reid if you just want to buy a car without a high pressures salesman. Brasso also gave me a great deal on my trade-in! Five stars for sure. Oh, and my PUGS LOVE the Jeep too!!

Great experience! The team here is good accommodating, non pushy and transperant. I have been to other showrooms but found that the add ons, mostly unethical are very high. Core newcomers like me Brasso was able to arrange better rates and for higher period.

Time till repair expectation management is inaccurate. All service events feel like “need the vehicle all day” events. Traveling from north Calgary is not sustainable to use this facility. Too often stuck in heavy traffic to get back north. No issues with the staff or the service quality…. Just can’t afford the time commitment any more. Got my vehicle in at 9:30am and its 3:20pm and I am still w a i t i n g for spark plug change, engine compartment filter change, and two wiper blades. Very frustrating.
