I also have IKO Cambridge shingles on my roof. I have been dealing with the warranty department since August, 2019, (now November). I submitted all the documentation for the warranty claim.Iko offered me 15 bundles as a warranty resolution. THIS IS INSULTING.They never return your calls even after promising they would. From the information I read on this site, it appears poor customer service is not unusual from the warranty department.In short, buyer beware. I have submitted my complaint to the Better Business Bureau without success. Hopefully, it will warm potential new customers of what to expect when their roofs leak.Next step: Small Claims Court.

Shingles glorious shingles. This isn't a place to visit really but a business that makes shingles. Unless you're into shingles. Not the bad ones. The ones that go on your roof. I mean come on there really isn't a place that manufacturers the awful painful ones.If you want lots and lots of roofing shingles this is a place that makes them.

Great customer service, quick unloading a pleasure to do business with. Location is very tight with 53 foot trailer and sleeper cab, drivers beware and follow signage for proper truck routes.

Hello. I have been dealing with Martin Andrew of your company for months due to premature shingle failure. In short, IKO shingles which were used on my roof that were rated for 25 years failed at 15 years. I provided samples of the shingles, pictures, information including the cost for the new roof, the number of bundles used and more. After months and months of waiting I have been offered $180 plus tax for a settlement by IKO. Not only is this a slap in the face is comes no where close to what I paid to have to redo my roof which was over $5000. I offered a settlement of $2000 which was ignored by Andrew. I have requested to speak with the owner several times to get this resolved but my request has been ignored. I am very unhappy with all of this all when it started and after all the run around and hoops I have jumped through to be offered a pathetic $180 makes my blood boil.IKO Makes a horrible short lasting product that they do not back up.Stay awayPlease have the owner contact me immediately

If you pickup load from this place make sure you do scale. Overweight load. 4 to 5 hrs load the trailer. This load s for flatbed trailer only. If you picking up in dry van load might move to drive Axle.

By appointment only. However, if you are early or late, they will try their best to squeeze you in. The staff there are very polite c& professional. The guys loading the trucks are very hardworking & considerate. They always do a great job loading the freight evenly. Fast loading also

The delivery entrance for fibre glass rolls is from turpee st. Stop at the stop sign and call on the number written there. They will send a forklift driver who will check the seal and take you to the dock. There is only 1 dock and you have to wait if there is already a truck. There was 1 truck ahead of me and it took total 1 hr to unload.PS- i came here 2nd time and the guy who came to receive me told me that i would need a hard hat otherwise he won't allow me to deliver. I called the office back again and they are so helpful to provide me a hard hat for delivery. Make sure to return it back.

Our house has IKO shingles rated for 25yrs (from 2005) and they started to fall appart only after 13yrs. The worst part being sun oriented (see picture). We contacted IKO's online support but they didn't seem to care, they never replied my last email. Which makes me wonder how commun the issue really is. Having a defective product can happen to the best companies but when it comes to bad costumer service, there can be no excuse. I will make sure everyone I know avoid this company in the future.
