As we just moved near this location we have been shopping here often. The staff have always been so helpful. We have also purchased a new set of tires which are amazing. We currently had to have our truck serviced and again the amazing staff were so helpful. We will always continue to shop here locally as the outstanding customer service we receive is invaluable

If you spend any time in Canada, you undoubtedly have an expectation of what a Canadian Tire is like. This particular one hasn't been updated to the most recent standard, so it is quite crowded and on the small side, but that's kind of what I would expect in a small town.

I was in Kirkland Lake Dec 6th to pick up a minivan that turned out to have issues that made it undrivable. First garage I tried was booked solid for 2 weeks. I hesitantly tried Canadian Tire. WOW!Michele the service manager was right on it! She asked Jamie the mechanic to test drive with me. Within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem that was confirmed when he put the code reader on it. They immediately took it in knowing I had a long drive ahead of me (Ottawa).She kept me informed of costs as the job was being done. I was in and out in an hour and a half. The professionalism and expertise shown by Michel and Jamie made this probably one of the best experiences when dealing with a garage. AAA +++

Bought a lawnmower here yesterday and had trouble fitting it into my car due to the size of it, the 2 workers (nick & omar) helped me with it for 5+ minutes and were very patient & helpful. Even helped pick up my belongings to place back into the car that I had to move.. great customer service from them.

Has a decent stock of most things. If you can't find it on a shelf but the website says they got it, ask a staff member because some things are kept in the back. The staff are great!Isles are narrow so I'd only suggest a cart if necessary.

GO TO THE CASH OUTSIDE - If you try to purchase your item inside you will be waiting 30 plus minutes and you wont be able to get out the door due to the placement of the registers. What a joke the lay out is inside the store compared to any other location BUT the staff in the garden section is amazing!
