I don’t recommend this school to anyone in any degree/program. The teachers are not genuine and don’t care for their students. Unwilling to help and when you ask for help they make you feel bad for asking. They were very few good caring teachers but a lot of them talked bad to other teachers about their students. Not to mention the Dean was not accommodating and understanding at all. They never really came up with solutions, just wanted to have things done their way.

Did a full apprenticeship and a diploma course through NAIT. While some teachers are phenomenal, most are complacent and actually genuinely horrible - unable/unwilling to answer any question unless it was directly out of their notes. There was also a couple teachers who would teach incorrect information and when confronted about it would get aggressive. With all the courses I had transitioning online during covid - the quality of education fell off a cliff. They also hiked tuition and still charged for all amenities even tho they were closed and unusable. On top of that, they added courses which are 100% useless - you could hear the teachers talk about it, hell they would even talk to you about how much of a scam they were (electrical installation technology for instance).I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a quality education.

Appalling customer service. Fees added on to tuition costs randomly and it takes 10 days to get an unhelpful response from the registrars office. I will not continue with this institution - low quality instruction and poor customer service should not be the norm, but it is at NAIT.

Instructors are great but the school milks it’s students for everything it can with constant tuition raises, parking that is almost as much as class credits, and mandatory fees galore. The board needs to be paid less and manage things better.

Don’t choose Nait if you have short time in your hand . I spent my 5 month , money and all my hope in this institution and it still shows I’m a applicant. I applied in feb and its July right now . It’s my dream to enrol in this institution but right now I hate it. I know lots of people gonna hate me after that . But You don’t know what you have to suffer as an international student. I’m saying all of you Please don’t apply to Nait if you have small amount of time in your hand . Best of luck Nait , My request to you please don’t break any students hope . My original review is -100000000000.

I am extremely disappointed with the admission process of NAIT. It has been four months since I submitted my application, and I haven't received a single update or communication from them. At this point, I'm left wondering if my application is even being considered or if I will ever receive a decision. The lack of communication from NAIT is incredibly frustrating. Four months is an excessive amount of time to review an admission application. It is unfair to leave applicants in the dark for such an extended period, especially when they have invested time and effort in preparing their applications. The admission process is a critical aspect of any educational institution, and prompt communication is essential. Unfortunately, NAIT has failed to meet this basic expectation. The absence of updates or any form of acknowledgment has left me feeling disheartened and uncertain about my future.Overall, I would not recommend applying to NAIT until they address these issues and demonstrate a commitment to timely and transparent communication with applicants.

The appearance of the school and the overall representation is on a higher level than what is already happening inside. NAIT's promotion of supporting people with mental health problems is absurd because they cause it themselves. Even before the first class, you can notice misinformation and general chaos. However, the greatest chaos and dumpster is during the first exams when they are from sections that have not been discussed before. There is no feedback, so you'll never know what the correct answer is. In some of the questions there are several correct answers with which even the lecturer agrees and as he himself says I have no influence on it". I had a bad experience with NAIT and I wouldn't recommend it to even my worst enemy."

Feel pretty scammed out of my money here. Took an mfr course to get into pcp passed applied twice with all the mandatory requirements paying them just to apply on top of that and got rejected both times. Their online schedule for classes is also very misleading only posting on campus class days and not the online ones. The teachers are good people though but that's really the only good thing I can say about this institute I do not recommend...

Absolutely horrible. Do not apply unless you want to be scammed. They lie, take all your money only to reject you. Student services are disrespectful, rude and ignorant on top of being wrong. Tons of people are arguing about the same thing. The more you feed them money and keep applying to courses the more likely you are to get in. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star.
