Item was being returned by a usa buyer. Shipping label/customs form CP72 clearly stated RETURNED GOODS" in the correct spot and just for good measure also stated "MERCHANDISE RETURN" in the address field. They foolishly charged me $110 is taxes on my own item for no reason whatsoever. Incompetent."

Thanks to whoever decided to rip open my package filled with plushies and stickers and collectors cards. Thanks for showing no regard for my items and ripping everything like an animal and stuffing it back in the bag ruined! People should not be able to handle people’s PAID for items this way!

I had a great experience here. Recently purchased stuff for business and heard about how self-clearing can save a bunch of money. I knew I needed a business number and importer number, which I had, but was not aware of filling out a B3 form. The gentleman helping me was very nice, as were the ladies answering my questions as I filled out this form for the first time at the computer there in office. I now am familiar with the process and how to do it correctly for future purchases like this. Thank you for guiding me through it so nicely!
