very good customer support my referred a couple friends over to tiny mobile I have their services well and yeah it's haven't had any issues with it it's very good anybody wants to use it just set up and then refer your friends or whatever and you get a $50 referral bonus as well and a month free so you can't go wrong

I need a app. To see how many GB I'm using. Why cant they get an app like every other business?

I love this little company! I get the cheapest rates, loads of data, no hidden charges, great customer service and I'm on the best coverage in Canada. I also never have issues with roaming and traveling. I have so much data that I never go over anymore, but even when I used to, the overage charges were very very reasonable and as soon as better plans were available, they personally called me to offer an upgrade. In addition to all this, they gave me a really good deal on a phone and now I have a top tier unit. These guys are awesome and have my loyalty.

After being in hospital spoke to a person from the company and made a payment arrangement. Had to modify it left a voicemail because they don't understand the concept of picking up a phone. I made the first payment only to have them fraud my bank account for over 200 dollars a few days later

Third time in two years they have attempted to charge me overages on my unlimited data plan. Eric H has the scent of Scam from his company. They are Thieves.

I have been with Tiny Mobile for about 3 years now.Their rates are great. They are always trying to give me more data options. And the phone signal is good everywhere I go in BC. I live in a small town where many people have cell reception issues, but I am not one of them.Thanks Tiny Mobile :)

I moved all my mobile services to Tiny Mobile. I highly recommend them to everyone. Amazing service and I saved a huge amount on my phone purchases too. So far I have bought 3 phones and very very happy with there services...Thanks for all you do Tiny MobilePS: I am an IT Guy and I know mobile phones and services... They are the REAL DEALFYI. I am paying second tier 4g lte priced but I am getting 5g premium data. Their customer service has improved 100% great tech support too

They are liars they tell you they will help you out I have been trouble finding work and been making small payments I'm only a month behind on payments I just got a new job that requires me to have a phone and what do they do after talking to them and telling me they will keep it extended I told them the day I would pay full and that following day they still cut me off and after countless emails and me trying to call good luck getting through to their customer service cause they never answer it took a few emails before somone talked to me saying there was nothing they could do despite being told they would extend it till the date that was given so now I'm at risk of losing my job because I have no phone now and to boot they email me after that interaction to tell me that the payments have been sent to collections and I have 21 days to pay all these phone companies doesn't matter whether they are indie company or big company all liars. I'd give 0 stars if I could
