Walmart Supercentre

Store is going through some revamping and updating. Layout of items and departments have changed slightly, but O like it. Plenty of staff on the floor, and we're eager to offer help to find items.

This is a pretty clean Walmart with a nice little in-house bakery. The grocery aisles are oddly placed and smaller than other Walmarts. The store itself fairly neat and not super busy which is a plus. Of course there are no free bags as is the case with Walmart who loves to squeeze every cent out of it's clients. When you are done shopping here you can use the same cart for No Frills next door since they make you deposit $1 for a cart there.

I shop here every weekend and try to make sure I am in Saima’s checkout line. She is the friendliest cashier at our Walmart. Thanks for making our visits to Walmart that much brighter!

I just left Walmart in Fort Erie and I was racially profiled… Recently moved here from Toronto and I have never had this issue in Toronto. On my way out the representative at the door asked to see my receipt. I was baffled, I was cashed out by a cashier so why would your representative need to see my receipt. She didn’t receipt check any of the individuals who passed before me but decided to question my receipt, when I asked what for she said because people steal!!!!! Excuse me… so what makes me a thief is it the colour of my skin or the fact that my hair was in an Afro! I am only a couple weeks postpartum, so this has already put me in a mood! Your representatives shouldn’t be profiling people based on their skin tone! I am beyond baffled as I have never had this experience at any Walmart except this one!Sincerely a dissatisfied customer.

It’s nice to constantly see the litter blowing around the entrance way and through the parking lot. Want a nice Walmart? Take the peace bridge to the Hamburg Walmart - it literally has Roman pillars holding the fort.

I am really disappointed from the staff here. Specially, cosmetic staff( Lillian). She didn’t even let us look onto the products as she was spying on us and I belong to brown Indian community may be that’s why We face these issues this was my worst experience literally, she told me on my face that if you steal something from the store just put it back. I showed her my pockets. I feel so embarrassed and I was about to cry. I complained her at Coustomer service desk but I didn’t get any satisfaction from them. She was completely racist. I would not recommend to take service from Lillian in Cosmetics.

Massive lineup. Only 1 register open. And only 1/3 of the self checkouts open. And lots of lazy employees standing around. Whats the point of self checkout if you keep most of them closed.

Went and bought a virgin cell phone and i have been going there for 5 years the phone person was amazing and that's why i went back unfortunately i got a girl who did not do her job . she literally handed me my phone and didn't even set it up for and wasn't helpful at all she acted like i was bothering her. Now i have a phone that is still not set up very upset. Ill have to go somewhere to set it up

Went too Walmart too exchange my friskies shredded canned cat food (never opened) too pate…went too the customer service department and advised the person who was there what I wanted too do. They said no problem but we’re going too have too throw the cans away..omg…I cldnt believe they said that too me, with all the shelters and starving animals out there…disgusting per Walmart standards. Ugh…don’t think I will be going there anymore…
