Worst gym ever. Extremely dirty, smells TERRIBLE, every corner is literally disgusting I couldn’t believe this place can even operate. The lighting is terrible will blind you in certain spots and on top of it it’s a rip off. $100 a month LOL

I love my Anytime Fitness Kelowna! The location is easy to get to right off the highway & the facilities are bar none the best! If you want a machine or piece of equipment they have it! Not to mention they are clean & available to use with no long line ups! The manager, Casey & team member Chad are friendly & genuinely interested in my workouts. The regional manager, Ahmed, makes sure things are running smoothly, checking in on a daily basis & he is also authentically encouraging. The team works together to make everyone's experience at this gym the best! I have worked at & been to many gyms in Kelowna & this is by far the best! I'm very grateful to workout during covid19 with all the safety protocols in place and strictly followed. I'm happy to call Anytime Fitness Kelowna my home gym!

I have started working out of town and needed to cancel my membership remotely, and Joanne, the new regional manager, handled my account with an amazing amount of professionalism. She was very kind and easy to deal with. If you ever need anything done, she is the one who will get it done!

My regular gym for the past year, bathrooms are unusable due to lack of cleaning and no investment in equipment maintenance. Becoming more and more run day by the day and noticeable drop in members in the past month. Too bad, great location. - Appreciate the effort the Anytime fitness has to rectify the situation in a week or two. Bathrooms looked amazing this week.

Very nice and neat. The only downside is limited machinery, which does get broken down, and repair usually happens way later than it should be performed. Otherwise, an overall good facility and community.Update: it's getting worse. Broken machines aren't fixed for months. Even small repairs like broken cables are pending for a literal month or at this point multiple months. Overpriced at this point.

Terrible gym, poor quality equipment and the bathrooms are always disgusting and usually don’t have soap available, a number of equipment (specifically treadmills and leg machines) have been out of order for months, makes me wonder where my money is going, the membership fees are far too expensive for the quality you are getting, and the cancellation fee is 300$ which probably doesn’t go back into the gym to repair or update anything. Don’t waste your money.

I've been a member here since this gym opened and I can't praise it enough. The gym is clean and the staff are friendly and attentive. There have been a few upgrades to the gym to bring in more equipment for the members which shows the owners care about feedback. Definitely worth a trial whether your brand new or looking for a new gym.

I’ve been going to this gym for 6 years and I will say the past 4 years I would have always gave this anytime 5 stars Justin is a nice guy and the old staff was super welcoming. the machines were never an issue, and it was immaculately clean. Now the machines are breaking on the regular and even when there fixed they all duct taped or temporarily fixed. The staff don’t really seem that interested in the gym users but at least there friendly when you approach them. the cleanliness has gone way down hill it doesn’t smell or look as clean as it used to. Sorry to say but this is why my review is at a 2 star now

Been seeing these cables broken from Mid of december and management really don’t cares about this all .
