DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! Scam!!! I went on the Ace Charters website and booked a wine tour for 3 people. I was immediately booked and charged $350. I called the next day to ask if I could choose the wineries we would be going to. A man answered and said he would call me back. He never returned my call so I called again multiple times and I got no answer. The next day I called again and the man told me they won’t be doing wine tours right now due to Covid (he said the wineries were closed but they are not). I said that’s fine because he told me I would be refunded. I ended up booking a wine tour through a different company (Vancouver Wine Tours!!) and it was wonderful. In the meantime I kept receiving reminders of my wine tour with Ace Charters even though they had “cancelled” it. I called to ask for my refund to be processed and Narender told me he would contact head office to have the charge refunded and told me it would be processed by the following day. I have still not received a refund and it has now been 4 days. The company won’t answer any phone calls and they are ignoring my voicemails. I know they are screening my calls because if I call from a different phone they’ll answer. This is a scam and I doubt that any of the other reviews are real. This is a terrible company and they owe me $350 for a wine tour they never followed through on.

We used Air Charter for airport pick up and to Canada Place cruise terminal. A day trip to Seattle. Great prices. We were very happy with their service. Special thanks to Mohammed and his team.

Just witnessed one of these guys excessively speeding and carelessly driving, trying to race people and then running over a bunch of Canadian Geese that we’re crossing the road. So sad.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESPONSE. Yes it was our hotels staff at the Hampton Inn who advised us of the 0900 pickup for our return. As such I've given your service full marks.. hotel probably not as much ;)Was to be picked up at 0900 (Sunday at Canada Place) after Alaska Cruise, at least that was the time booked.Called to find out, should be there around 0945".Driver was very courteous and bus/van was clean."

I had a great experience with there service. I got a ride from Agassiz to Surrey in the morning for. The driver was great, had water bottles. For return from Surrey to Agassiz, I booked a taxi through another company, and the driver didn't show up. They even refused to return the money for not giving any service. The time for return was 9:30, and I was panicking because the area was new to me, and I was alone. After waiting for 1 hour, I decided to call the Ace Charter driver, Mr. Narendar, to ask for help. And he immediately agreed to it, and he was concerned because it was 10:30 in night and I was alone. Instead of offering a price, he asked me how much I could pay, and he agreed for it. I expected him to ask for a different price because he was coming from Vancouver to Surrey 60 km away to drop me home in Agassiz which is again 200 km away—knowing for a fact that he had no passengers for return All I can say after this incident is that they genuinely care for their customers. I appreciate his service.

Booked this shuttle to cruise port in Vancouver. Driver was 20 minutes late for pickup. In addition, driver dropped us off at street level in front of Pan pacific hotel at Canada Place. We found out after the fact that he should have dropped us off downstairs. Here was a bus full of people for the cruise that had to carry our luggage from the street curb, through the lobby to one elevator available to accommodate all of us on the bus with our bags to get to cruise check-in.Not a very professional operation.

Booked a shuttle from King George Station to Abbotsford Airport, had my card charged and a confirmation email sent. I sent another email asking for the exact pickup location which they replied to. Got to the location and waited 20 minutes after the arranged pickup time. Called the support number and was told they would check with the driver and call me back. They never called me back, never arrived, and sent a refund 30 minutes later. Thankfully I called an Uber or I would have missed my flight. Do not recommend.
