NEVER AGAIN! I have never been treated so terribly for NO reason. I have used Dick's in the passed with no issue, the service techs themselves are great, the owner on the other hand is the rudest, mentally unstable, angry little man I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. I simply called asking when I could set up my chimney sweep appointment (have been leaving messages for weeks) also had a LIHEAP referral which menasmenas the company is to contact me to set up the appointment. The owner literally blew up over I'm not even sure what, yelling over the phone about how he was 6 week's behind and he doesn't need to come out for people" like me. I was so taken aback

I called to schedule a fireplace chimney cleaning and inspection just before the holidays fully expecting a long wait. They were able to squeeze me in in-between jobs the next day. Left the area spotless. Wonderful service.

Fast service. Go the extra mile. Had birds making nest in water heater exhaust pipe to roof. They came the day I called near quitting time because that’s all I had available. Then added chicken wire to pipe on roof so birds couldn’t do it again.

I saw them around the corner working on another house so I called their number and they immediately came to my house right after without any prior appointment. The individuals were very friendly and respectful and service was great! I highly recommend to everyone!

The crew did a fantastic job! They cleaned up afterwards and were polite and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I had a cast iron boiler that was full of soot. They did a good job cleaning it out at a reasonable price. I work overnights and they were very accommodating to my schedule.

STAY AWAY! The company is named correctly.I called to schedule a cleaning - our home just went through a remodel. As I didn't receive a quote on the phone I assumed I would receive a quote when they arrived at my house. I was distracted when they arrived and they performed the service and then they said they would send me a bill.I did not ask the price but assumed that it must have been $500 or less as I did not receive a proposal or quote to sign beforehand stating the price. I received the bill for $836 in the mail. I spoke to the owner and simply suggested that FOR FUTURE REFERENCE they should provide quotes or estimates prior to service as this was way more than we had anticipated and we probably would not have agreed to the service had we known the cost. He flew off the handle and said he has never had anyone complain in the 100 years he's been in business, that he can't keep track of all the quotes he verbally provides, and that it is ridiculous for someone not to ask the price prior to service. I agree, I feel stupid for not asking the price prior to service and on the phone when the service was scheduled. I assumed that they needed to actually see my house to provide a quote and I also assumed they would provide a price prior to service if it was an amount so high - every contractor I have dealt with provides a quote and makes you sign it prior to service if the amount is above $500. We had multiple contractors in our house with this remodel and none of them were as unprofessional or conducted their business as poorly as this company.
