I recently had the opportunity to work with Perfect Decor for window treatment installation in my entire home, and I'm very pleased with the overall experience.Thank you to Jacqueline who came out to our house multiple times to help us with the window treatment selection in different areas of my home. All the shades are tastefully selected to suit our needs. Cher at the office was very efficient with scheduling and ordering/processing our purchase. She provided us with our invoices, order updates and payment records promptly. The installers, Tao and Max, arrived on time, which I appreciated, as punctuality is important. They were professional and friendly, and I felt comfortable having them in my home. They completed the installation in a timely manner with utmost care during the installation process being mindful of my furniture and walls, which showed their commitment to customer satisfaction.After finishing the job, Tao and Max cleaned up the work area, leaving no debris or dust behind. This level of tidiness was a welcome surprise.In summary, I highly recommend Perfect Decor to anyone looking for window treatments. Their punctuality, efficiency, and professionalism made for a positive experience. Keep them in mind for your next home improvement project!

Professional services and quality.

I got them to make a custom curtain for my home. This is actually the second time I dealt with them because the first time was actually quite good. Firstly, the curtains has a bunch of needle holes where the light seeps through, when I told them about this problem they told me to use whiteout to cover it. Are you kidding me? This curtain costed around 1400 dollars and instead of fixing the problem you ask me to use white-out? In addition, during the installation process the person who was installing it dropped a hammer on my hardwood floors and made a huge dent, only a verbal apology was received with no sort of compensation. I will never use this company again and I suggest everyone who is thinking of not to as well.

I don't like this store, ever bad quality of curtain and terrible service. Apparently they don't have anyone that speaks fluent English, only catering to select group of people.

I had three curtain orders with them and I would say they provided very professional services. Orders are delivered on time. Especially the hardware used is metal instead of some other plastic parts. Highly recommended.
