I called to get our carpet cleaned and they were able to quickly accommodate and set up an appointment. The guys that came were friendly and helpful and most importantly did an amazing job! While at my house I asked if they could do another project and they were able to accommodate that as well. They were thorough and the carpet looks fantastic. They were able to get out wax and ashes from a candle that tipped over in my daughter’s bedroom and overall they did a significantly better job than people we have used before for general carpet cleaning. Couldn’t recommend more highly for a job very well done!

Work was done professionally, but unfortunately they were not able to remove old pet urine stains from wool carpet, but it was a long-shot in the first place. The only quibble is that when the bill was first presented it was higher than their proposal, but when questioned they dropped the price to match the high-end of the proposal. Don't know if this is a pattern with them to goose the charges, but if you use them double check the bill against the proposal to be sure you are charged correctly.

I was not impressed at all by the level of service from this company. I have had rugs cleaned MANY times and this company was significantly more expensive than other local reputable companies. I chose to work with them based off of a few very favorable reviews. One of my rugs was not cleaned at all to the level of my satisfaction. I provided feedback, privately, via two different avenues to the business owner (after multiple requests from them to provide positive reviews publicly) and received no responses. Throughly disappointed and would not recommend.

They were early and contacted me to see if it was ok. They thoroughly cleaned, stain spotted, vacuumed our sofa. It’s off white and has taken a beating with three dogs. They did a great job, saved our sectional. I recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Unique Larry and his team did an awesome job cleaning and disinfecting my hardwood floors, tile, and furniture! My Bernhardt sofa was looking the worse for wear and they brought it back to life. Larry's team is professional, courteous, and very thorough! Everything they cleaned looks great and I can honestly say they are the best carpet cleaning service I've ever used! I highly recommended them! Cheers!

I’ve been using Unique for the past ten years after the arrival of a new pup. They are THE best. They do a phenomenal job of cleaning and are always pleasant, informative and professional. I now have two dogs and the boy has to mark his territory. I never feel embarrassed or judged - they’ve seen it all!

I have used Unique Upholstery, Carpet & Rug several times to clean my area rugs and sofas (one very delicate designer fabric, and a couple leather) and they are the only cleaning service I trust. They are very professional, thorough, efficient, and careful. Highly recommended!

Had two guys show up. They were on time, clean and careful with their hoses coming through our house. A little more expensive, but also a different kind of clean than the steamers of the world.

This was my first experience using Unique Carpet and Rug Cleaning. I must say they were definitely unique. From the uniqueness of their truck to the equipment and method that was used to clean my white carpet, I was definitely impressed and extremely satisfied with the outcome. I will use their service again when needed and recommend the company to others.

They did an amazing job cleaning my parents carpet. They were running late, and gave me a call to let me know, which was quite professional and really appreciated it.The two men who were there moved items with care and put everything back where it was originally. Highly recommend.
