Went to see if we could adopt a cat, very friendly staff , but it was hard breath in side the place Could not wait to come out, that really changed our mind at least for now about the cat. Cat room had to be the worst.

My poor Beta died within a day because I put too much chemicals into the water. I decided to go back to the store to get another one right away and was served by Alexia. and she was so companionate about my situation and so helpful that I am super grateful! She gave me a syringe to be able to be sure how much product I’m to put into the fish tank and put my mind at ease that everything should be fine. I’d never go elsewhere for my pet needs because I know that this store has the most compassionate and helpful staff around. I give Alexia 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Thanks so much!!

Love this pet store! They helped me buy and get started with my first aquarium, which turned out great. They have a good selection of fish products and ornaments for aquariums and at very reasonable prices as well.

Do not buy fish at this shop. We bought fish twice at this shop over two years and both times they were sick, died within a week and killed at least one additional young healthy fish in our tank. Our tank is well maintained with about 20 years of aquarium managing experience, tests confirmed poor water is not the issue.When returning to the shop, all fish in the same tanks were all sick and it was not removed for sale until they were healthy again. The staff acknowledged the issue twice but it seems nothing changed over that time.Go at the Nature that's farther west. We never had issues with them over the same time span.

There was a little bunny wandering around it's open cage and we could pet it. There was a lot of pets and an adorable kitty!

Cute pet store, great selection of birds and fish. The one staff member said hello to me and once she realized I don't speak French she stopped talking to me. I felt to uncomfortable to try to ask a question about a product i've never seen before. On the plus side the amount of room and cleanliness of the cages was quite impressive as I've seen them cramped in other places.

When we went to buy fish the first time, the employee absolutly did not care about anything I was saying and recommended fish that didn't even go with my fish. They died.Even more, we went to buy 10 plants for our aquariums, 7.99$ each!! Again we told the employee what fish we had in each aquarium to make sur the plants are a right fit and don't get destroyed...well they were destroyed in no time!BUT WORST OF ALL: We now have an infestation of snails in our aquariums, a MAJOR one! There were eggs in the plants and it turned my wonderful aquariums into a nightmare!

I would like to say thank you to Alexia who blessed ours lives with this angel . She was so incredibly helpful and sincere .We could tell before adopting him that he was well taken care of and received as much love as she could give him . We will 100% be back for his food and occasionally drop by so he can say hello to Alexia again . Thank you 1000x you truly made our year special .

Nice pet shop...the aquariums and terrariums are cool.. few of any other animals. The staff is nice and it's you can look as long as you want ☺️
