Several months ago my co-worker and myself visited GLOBO with two individuals, one was mobile and the other in a wheel chair. The two sales girls was not at all helpful, I would off thought that these two young Ladies were trained to assist customers, we were very disappointed in their attitude, because no one was in the Store at the time of our arrival, so there was enough time to give us their undivided attention. Although we purchased the shoes for the individuals, we were not satisfied with their behavior as sales people. Maybe it's about time they get a lesson in HOSPILATITY.... Thank you.

Best customer service ever. Got wrong size. Return then order a new one from store. Something went wrong, she called Globo service desk... Waited 30 min. When through and fix my order. Wow she was so patience... Bonus: I received 10$ off.
