If I could give a half a star here I would. I'm being generous with one star, but I see there's no option below it. Sad to say, that this is the first time I've had to write such a review. That I've had such a horrifying experience at a local business. I brought in one of favorite blue silk tops and dressy cotton black and white dress for cleaning. When I came back the next day to pick up my clothing, I discovered both items were completely ruined. They took no responsibility for it. The colors ran on the black and white dress and they claimed that I brought it in that way. The blue silk top was fried. The fabric no longer looked like silk. I'm sure that I'm not the first person, nor the last that this will happen to. My mistake was that I didn't read the reviews before bringing them my clothing. If I had, I would have never have gone there. They have no regard for their work nor their customer. I would sue them for the damages as my 2 articles of clothing are expensive to replace, but these cleaners are not worth any more of my time, energy or resources. Stay away from this place, CONSUMERS BEWARE!

Did a terrible job on a coat's hem. Everything fell apart in two days flat. I'm so angry I could cry.

Not recommended. Had a pair of jeans that I needed patched, so I brought them there. There were 4 spots that needed patching, 2 spots were torn and the other 2 about to be torn. The guy seemed eager to take it my repairs, and quoted me $15 to put in 4 patches. When I picked up my jeans, only 2 spots were patched instead of the 4 agreed to, 2 only over the torn spots. The same guy who quoted me $15 now telling me that I would need to pay an extra $10 to put in the extra patches. When I told him that was not what we had agreed, he argued otherwise. FIRST AND LAST TIME, AVOID.

I have been going there for many years. The price is more than reasonable. I feel like I ought to pay more. Mme Lili is always doing miracles with my clothing. Whether heming, shortening or doing any type of sowing needed. I have a dry cleaner 2 minutes away but I go out of my way to go to clean Marie.
