Great experience with Mike and staff doing multiple tax returns. Great deals on price. Had things explained very well and even went back with extra questions that were answered. Got the refund they had told me along with the credits. Will for sure be a repeat client and tell my friends

Even though I have a complicated tax return to file - Mike made it look easy. Other accountants in the past dreaded doing my taxes/accounting. Mike and his team handled it better than I've ever experienced, and for cheaper somehow, and got me better results. Money. Well. Spent.

My friend has been trying for 4 months to get her mother's taxes done.After numerous phone calls, emails and notes.....still no results!They say they're open till 3 p.m. but it's always closed. This is for a senior who hasn't received gst etc for months because of their unprofessionalism!Would never recommend this place!!!

After 4 months of phone calls and emails, still no resolve with the issues with my taxes. Multiple follow ups required on my end reminding them of my situation. I have been told numerous times that they weren’t able to get a hold of anyone yet. And like the previous comment, promise of a high return and other government benefits, and that didn’t happen.

Brought my taxes on May 2nd. Mike told me he would have them done in a day or two and give me a call. A week passed and I did not hear back from him. Phone calls went to voicemail. Door was locked. He told me several times he would call me or text to let me know it was done. That never happened. He submitted the wrong address to revenue Canada which caused problems for both me and my wife. The total time was 2 weeks and cost $300 for basic returns. Overall he does not care. That was my feeling of the whole transaction. Would not recommend.

Horrible experience with Mike, didn't send in all forms for taxes. Been audited by cra that Mike stated he was looking after, he was not. Very unprofessional, not responding and lying going on 2 years of cra involvement with no support from Mike as he stated

Mike has been doing my taxes for? Years. I have interest tax return and Mike had made it so much less stressful. Mike goes above and beyond what you would expect. Won't go anywhere else.

This guy is so unprofessional. He changed address without informing anyone. He left his last location without a trace for months only to appear on a new location. So pathetic

AVOID: Slow. Left an issue with them for 3 days, they didnt even look in to it OR return my calls/emails.
