Best experience at Telus ever. I believe the man that helped me was named Nehmat (apologies if spelling is off!) so quick and easy to get a new phone and do the transfer. The sales associate did some readjustments so that I could have the silver IPhone I wanted and made the whole experience enjoyable. He was kind, smart and funny. 10/10 experience.

I walked in there today just to check it out to see if there’s any deals and I found a smoking good deal on a new iPhone 14 and I get more data out of the deal that I got. They transferred everything over from my old phone to the new phone, everything works perfect. Thank you very much for the excellent service definitely will be back.
