Dr Ann Marie Bodak

I am revising this review as Doctor Bodack called me right back and is handling the situation. Thank you so much for caring about this delicate issue.Dave the office manager is highly unprofessional. I will be reporting this to the Collage of Physicians if I do not receive an email response in an appropriate timeframe. I called just now to explain that I am being seen by oncologists at Princess Margret for cancer and I need access to my records, my past breast ultrasounds and mammogram. He repeatedly interrupted me, told me he was too busy with existing patients to look into this, raised his voice and hung up the phone on me. He refused to provide a timeline as to when he could confirm he has these records so I can have my surgical oncologist request them. Dr. Bodack is a fantastic doctor, and it is unfortunate that she is not aware how toxic Dave is to patients and former patients. Dr. Bodack, I hope you can see this as assist.

Terrible doctor. You might as well go to a walk-in clinic cause at least you’d get something done. Dr Walsh does the absolute minimum if that. Don’t know how she’s even a dr. One of the worst dr I’ve had to deal with

Great doctor, always in happy mood. Listens to patients very carefully and diagnose.Office Assistant Nicole is wonderful. I haven't seen anyone as pleasant as Nicole in any other medical facility.

Dr. Bodak offered me painkillers for early onset arthritis that did not exist. Had to find that out by reading the radiologist's report. Also fudged my record and didn't give me a complete copy either. Did not take me off her patient list when I asked her to. Misinformed me when I was dr. Bodaks patientYou can do better then this doctor" folks.Not a healer

Dr Walsh is a good doctor and I've been happy with her care. The most frustrating part about dealing at this place is the receptionists! You have to call back again and again in order for someone to pick up and they never respond to voicemails. I literally called over 20 times this week before I got an answer and now I have to wait until next week to get my appointment! Very very frustrating from a DOCTOR's office!
