What a great little joint, the music is uplifting, the vibe is energetic and staff is efficient and friendly. The app ordering and kiosks are very similar to Mc D's but not as confusing lol. Burger was amazing with fries having great texture and amount. Perfect alternative even if you are not vegan you have to try. Paid 18.00 with tip for famous burger combo.. Will recommend most definitely :)

Tried their opening day special... kids burger for $0.99. Despite the fact that I'm not vegan, I still enjoyed the taste. Also tried the taco salad which was pretty good too. Customer service was good. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, a pretty decent experience. If I'm in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate returning to try some other stuff on their menu.

fantastic finally found a fast food place where I can actually eat something other than just fries.Generous portion sizes.great prices .will definitely be going back.guy at the front desk was super nice .Extremely clean inside.

Odd Burger fills the void for lack of vegan options at fast food joints. It’s delicious, reasonably priced, and FAST. Maple sandwich was delicious, hash brown was slightly better than typical fast food hash browns (I love fast food hash browns so that’s pretty good). Also, I love the screen to order kiosk option!Hope to see more of these places popping up in the future! Glad this one is here though.

******EDIT****** After being in contact with customer service they were super helpful and offered me a refund. The manager apologized and gave me a free cookie! Because of him I will be returning!————————————————I hate giving negative reviews but I was surprised by my experience here.I’ve been regularly going to the vegan fast food restaurant a couple minutes away from this one called Bring Me Some - which I absolutely love. But I happened to be right next to Odd Burger today so instead of making the couple extra minutes drive to Bring Me Some, I thought I would try this place out as it looked really good online with good reviews.First off, the girl working today at around 3:30p was not very friendly, and wasn’t super helpful after I told her it was my first time there. She told me they were out of the gluten-free buns which was totally fine, but then she proceeded to laugh at me when I asked a question about what other types of buns they have. I decided to let it go, but the food was actually disappointing on top of the poor customer service. I got the chicken burger and it was really mushy and the flavor was not that good…. I nearly spit it out when I took a bite.I guess lesson learned - I will now gladly go out of my way to travel an extra couple minutes and spend a few dollars more down the road at the other vegan fast food place- Bring Me Some. I will never again go here or recommend it to anyone. A waste of money.

What a fantastic location. The food quality and the staff were absolutely topnotch. Great! Love places with a full vegetarian/vegan menu. It's a great time being able to order any item without worry. We got the pulled jackfruit poutine, the maple sausage breakfast sandwich, and the classic burger. Every item was tasty and not overly pricey either. Also there was signage that they make their own plant-based proteins which is neat. If I were in the area more often I would definitely frequent here!

This is fifth location for OB that we have visited including the one in London ON and Toronto where it has changed the names. Although name has changed, the food is the same - just as the first time we had. The consistency not so much.The Famous Burger - was just as I had the first time. Big, a bit messy to eat. Loved it.The Vopper - again same as we had it first. Made just the way we liked it.The Vegan Pulled Jack - was disappointing. Very less flavour of the BBQ sauce. It very bland and not at all as we remember it.Wingalings - the texture the same and sauce good (Red Hot). However in this even though the texture is the same, the market has improved in the nuggets are where the texture has changed to so much closer to the real thing.The Poutine - disappointing as well. Too much gravy too much and Cheeze, way less. A few years this Cheeze has improved elsewhere but here the Cheeze has remained the same. Perhaps we were hoping that it improved with it being more stringy.

Got the Famous Burger combo thingy with fries and a Mocha Shake. The texture of the patties was great, though the bun a was a titch doughy for my tastes. Condiments/toppings were super fresh. I think the patties could stand to be a little more flavourful, but there might be other options for that? The Mocha Shake was surprisingly made with actual coffee which was dope. Would be even more dope if it was iced coffee, for extra chilliness, but then the coffee wouldn’t be as fresh, so either option has its advantages.I have a couple of suggestions, if those are welcome. One is the menu screens shouldn’t be both facing in on each other. Makes things a bit cramped and I’m not sure it’s so accessible for wheelchair users as a result. Secondly, it’d be nice for nutritional facts beyond the basic ingredients to be readily available.Also, I’m autistic so I might be just confused on modern tipping culture stuff, but does the presence of a tipping option on the order machine imply that staff aren’t being paid a living wage? I would hope they are, since this company makes a big show of ethical business!
