Poorly managed store and rude customer service. Shaima , one of the employees decided to tell my cashier to step aside and to handle my purchase as it was a big purchase that I needed to be paid for SEPARATELY( each item on a separate receipt). She kept saying that she understood what I want without letting me explain and confirmed they’d be separate. She made a huge mistake and blamed it on me then went on to ignore the huge line of people waiting behind me instead of managing the store properly and opening more cashier registers. That caused one of the other customers to go crazy and start yelling at me and cursing me out infront of people and my children. I was in a horrible situation with no help and getting humiliated. Shaima would not call management and continued to give me excuses without hearing me out or helping my situation. As soon as she opened another cash register the line was moving and things calmed down , does she not understand how to run this shoppers? She is not fit to work there and cost me a lot of money and put me in a horrible situation. I have tried contacting customer care, they answered once and closed the phone in the midst of our talk. I continued to call multiple times with no response.

Extremely unhelpful cashier, asked me to go to another cashier as I bought shampoo. Told me to go to cosmetic section as I was purchasing shampoo. I previously had several times checked out on regular counters for similar products. There was no other customers waiting to be served.

Never liked pharmaceuticals in shoppers drug mart. They give 0 care, and only 1 person works to serve 20 people. Sick of asking what creams ect to get and they reply” a pharmacist will help u” and noone shows up. Poor staff, and cheap not to hire atleast 3-4!

cosmetics staff was very helpful and friendly. Went to this location on thursday evening, a lady working there helped me in my selection for skincare. She was very patient.

Pharmacy Review: I am going through ivf process. My infertility doctor prescribed a gel. When i called this pharmacy the lady who work there denied providing me with this medication! She said this is men hormones!" I am not a 5 years old!!!! And this medicine

Great store, good location but the Pharmacy; look elsewhere. I have waited in the line many a times. It's always the same, the worst response and attitude. Customers waiting, phones ringing, pharmacy being paged to take a call, no one cares. Not going back here again...

Negative stars if available. Someone needs to shut this pharmacy down. Nobody available to answer the phone, not enough medication to fulfill a prescription, waiting times over a day to pick up medication that is not the full quantity. Should these people really be supporting people who need medications for illnesses??? And this is all during the day that they consider their slower time. What a joke. Stay away from this place if you have any real illnesses and require medication within 48 hours. Save yourself.

If there was a zero I would give it to the pharmacy employee that answered the phone this morning. I needed prescription refill and after a wait of almost an hour for someone to answer the phone, a very inpatient and RUDE female asked me to repeat every information I gave several times. I did and than she yelled at me telling that she doesn't work for me and I should call back after 3 pm. My family has been using this location services for years and we have never met such a rude person there.We will use different location from now on.

Looking for Elf halo glow filter literally in every, ok almost every Shoppers drug mart ( and Walmart) , called Meadowvale, Englinton Shoppers both offered to place order online and were very pleasant, took info to call when available ) tenth line and Lakeshore ( said we can’t place order online) Creditview beauty sales person Zahera, very helpful, took info to call when available, she was professional and knowledgeable) and before giving up, I decided to give one last try to Bristol and Mavis Shoppers, of course product wasn’t there BUT Beauty sales person PREET made sure that I will not go empty handed, she explained the whole procedure to place order, checked online and right away placed my order,Today I received it. Thank you PREET for your proactive and excellent customer service.

Great customer service from this Shoppers! Was looking for a particular squishmallow so called them in advance and they were very quick to respond even though it was a busy Saturday. They also have a great selection of beauty & cosmetics at this location and I was able to pick up some products I was unable to find at other Shoppers locations.
