I have completed my first year in this study, already!!From the minute i entered, I found the staff amazing and so supportive. Each person I have met, gave me their full attention, and answered all of my questions. Each session is very relaxing, your own room with a view, in a recliner! You get an hour or so to sit quietly doing your own thing. Read a book, the paper or even watch TV. I have even napped! A partner or friend can join you too. There is alwaysthe offer of a cup of coffee or tea etc. For me, this is a chance to be proactive and to be part of the solution, to fight this disease for myself and others. I'm sure it has impacted someone in your life too.Check it out before you make up your mind. Nothing to lose.Dianna

If you or a loved one had a cognitive event or are concerned about losing memory or Alzhimers contact them and ask about trials. This a great place to take part in clinical trials. I highly recommend contacting them as their methodology and professionalism is excellent. Their screening process is thorough and you can help future patients through participating in a trial.

My name is Yuxin Wu. I am Dr. Tsoi's patient. He helped me comprehend my health issues. Dr. Tsoi is very knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciate his professionalism and kindness. I would like to strongly recommend Dr. Tsoi for other patients to visit.

This is by far the worst experience with a so-called caring doctor. I was put alone in a room with just a chair and nothing else, where I sat and waited for THREE HOURS.The doctor would ONLY speak with, and ask for information from, my husband about my health. That was degrading and irrespecutful and he expressed NO compassion whatsoever.Find a good doctor - this is not one.

I signed up for one of the Toronto Memory Program trials. As it turned out I was not a candidate. However I gained insight into the incredibly valuable work that the Program does. Everyone I interacted with during the initial phases including the preliminary testing was welcoming and professional. The follow up and results of the testing (which showed that I was not a candidate) was in itself instructive and reinforced my understanding of the great work the Program does. I would encourage anyone interested to participate in the trials they run. It will be a valuable contribution to society, lead to an understanding of the scourge of dementia, its potential treatment and of course it may well benefit the participant.

Dr. Sharon Cohen has spoken at the VON Middlesex-Elgin Alzheimer Awareness Event the past 3 years. Her presentations are amazing. She explains things clearly, offers a wide range of information, brings so much hope and takes care and time to answer questions. She and the rest of her team are a pleasure to work with.

As a just-finished, five year plus clinical trial participant, I would rate my experience with the Toronto Memory Program as excellent. The front and back office personnel are highly professional and well-trained - respectful, caring and efficient. My in-person visits were well-managed and on time, and any follow-ups by phone or email were responded to quickly, and with courtesy.

Our diabetes education team recently had the pleasure of partnering with Toronto Memory Program for a virtual event. Dr. Sharon Cohen’s presentation on the latest updates in Alzheimer’s Disease research was comprehensive, engaging, and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Our clients had the opportunity to ask lots of questions at the end, which was very much appreciated. Sincere thanks to Dr. Cohen and the staff at Toronto Memory Program for helping make our event so successful!

On October 19 our Group, Escarpment Probus Club of Milton had the pleasure of Dr Cohen and her Associates make a presentation to us. Dr Cohen is a accomplished speaker and was very informative on developments in Alzheimer's Disease in the past , present and what the future holds in terms of research and reducing the severity of the Disease. Our Membership was so impressed by Dr Cohen and her Team's dedication and knowledge in this subject , we have asked them to appear before us once again in late November.

The clinic is clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. MJ was great. She is very professional and thorough in explaining the details of the clinical study I am participating in. The blood work was painless, smooth, and easy. I like the Med Tech who assisted me. I was seen by Dr. Cohen, he was great. I feel that I am in a safe and good hands. Thank you all. Thank you to the pharmaceutical who sponsored this clinical study. It means a lot to search for a medication that would help prolong one's memory.
