The worst KFC visit ever, I have bought 2 cand dine combo, fries and chicken popcorn literally I have to make up my mind that those are for two people, it was like kids meal from mcd. Fries was like they have made 2 hours before. Chicken was not juicy at all, it was too chewy that I have to through some part of it, baby spoon of mayo and spread inside. I also have ordered new scorcher sandwich. No one can differentiate my order by having look between regular famous chicken and scorcher sandwich.

The chicken was so over cooked it was a dark brown colour. The twisters I ordered the lady said 4 minutes for the strips to be ready, took nearly 20 minutes. Also the tables were dirty. AVOID THIS LOCATION if possible!

This location closes at 12:00 as per their app and google.. So i was there in the drive-thru at 11:15 after my work to grab dinner and the employees said they closed the kitchen. Seriously approximately one hour before. Too bad…. some people dont want to work at KFC i think. Not recommend to anyone… please save your money… This branch need better employees and if u are closing your kitchen one hour ago or half hour ago update it on the google. Dont make fool of your customers..

I recently ordered food from uber and unfortunately had a negative experience. The oil used for cooking looked dark and had a bad smell, which was concerning. Additionally, my order of three large fries did not come with any ketchup, which was disappointing. If they had ketchup on their menu, I was willing to buy but there wasn’t on the uber eats app. When I tried the food, it had a burnt taste and a greasy texture, which made me suspect that the oil had been used for too long. Overall, I was disappointed with the food and it was the worst KFC I have ever tried.On a positive note, the uber driver was really nice, but sadly he is not a KFC employee. Other than that, there was no hope.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS.Extremely disappointed. We ordered a sports pack feast for our family and company we had visiting.After the food did not show up, I called the store. The lady that answered told me that they did not have my order.I asked to speak to the manager.The manager found" my order and told me it wasn't their problem

RUDE MANAGER.Female Indian manager told me 2 times order would be around 2-3 minutes. Waiting for 20 minutes and ask them how long it would be, with another other came up. They was yelling at me and told me that I had an option to cancel it if I want. Yes I could and I would like to only if you had told me that you couldn't make it in 20 minutes.The apps is not a sound system that you just hit confirm to mute it. If you cannot make it in time, put more time for it as 30 minutes, even 1 hour if you are SLOW.She then refuse to pack the order and ask me to leave. What is the point? Wasting my time to wait for them and then refuse to hand the order?Worst customer service ever I had from this manager

Worst KFC ever. It took over 25 minutes to get 6 tacos. I was the 4th car in line. The food was cold. And I bet there was maybe 25 cents worth of meat in the tacos. Look at the pic. Disgusting slop. If they fed this to prisoners, they would riot. Staff didn't seem to know what was going on. They didn't talk to me to apologize for the delay even though I was at the window for a solid 10 minutes out if the 25+. I've had bad experiences every time I go to this location. This will be the last time I give them a chance to rip me off. I'll be reporting them to corporate as well. This store owner doesn't give two hoots about running a good business.
