Hired them to pour and finish slab on grade for a house. Explicitly stated that a good finish was required as this was going to be the finished interior floor. I've seen barn floors that were done better. I spent 40,000$ on this air heated slab on grade and I let an amateur mess it up. Now I am left with having to grind it down to try to salvage it. Problem is, the flaws are so extensive I probably can't grind enough off to fix them. Seriously contemplating filing a lawsuit. Caveat emptor. Just my two cents.

I originally found Goral concrete with a simple Google search and requested a quote. Jan (the owner) arrived onsite within a few hours which was a good start for concrete guys as they often ignore people. I needed concrete footings, wall, slab, driveway and walkway poured, placed and finished. The footings and wall was completed by Jan's crew and unfortunately there was an issue with one corner of the wall as Jan's crew did not secure the forms correctly. This is where Goral concrete really impressed me. Jan did not hide from the issue, but instead acknowledged the issue and immediately offered me a multitude of solutions. He offered to 1) remove and reinstall the wall at his expense, or 2) correct the corner with engineer drawings to ensure my comfort (again at his expense). I chose option 2 and he corrected the issue himself promptly and as an added courtesy, he significantly reduced his costs for pouring my slab in the garage, the walkway and the driveway, all which were done exceptionally. Again, I was very very impressed with the communication, responsiveness and most importantly the fact that he accepted responsibility and warrantied his work. The fact that he added the significant cost reduction for the slab, driveway and walkway was just icing on the cake! I highly recommend Goral Concrete and I have attached a picture demonstrating the amazing driveway and walkway that was completed.
