Ferragine Greenhouses

We ordered all planters and baskets of flowering plants from Frankie Flowers because we could not step out due to Covid. The prices were reasonable and delivered on time and in great condition.This was our first experience with this nursery and it was a great one. The plants were very healthy and beautified our front and back yards for the whole season.We're definitely going to order from them this year.

Great Great greenhouse. Don't need to go all the anywhere else. Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Got my tomatoes, strawberries, raspberries, herbs and spices and Cucumber from there and the staff helped me looked for everything and answered all my questions!

I have shopped here for years and always had a great experience, both in shopping all the selections and the wonderful staff.However recently I bought a tree from there that did not do so well once I got it home so 2 weeks later, I called in for advice on what I can do and if there was a return policy. At the time I called I could not pinpoint what was killing the tree so I explained that it was shrivelling up and looked dead. After looking closely, It appeared that the tree has some sort of larvae on it and it was quickly dying because of that. When I researched it further I understood this larvae can grow on trees over the cold season and hatches in the spring. I didn’t notice that when I bought it. Buying a diseased tree is not my complaint however.My complaint is with the customer service. When speaking with the manager on the phone about the tree seeking for expert advise, she proceeded to tell me that “obviously it is something I did wrong and that there is no way this tree could die.” She continued to tell me that they educate everyone on how to plant a tree at the cash and all the correct soil to buy etc so I should have simply followed their instructions. This certainly was not the case when I bought the plant, nor was I told to not remove the tag on the tree so it stayed under warranty.Regardless of not being told this, My only complaint was the awful and upsetting conversation that only offered blame rather than help, advice or even resolution. It’s not what I have ever experienced when shopping there! I have gardened for years. I am not an expert but pretty decent and know what I am doing I planted this tree no differently than the other 4 trees I have that are growing wonderfully.As a loyal shopper, it would have been nice to be treated with more respect. That experience has made me want to shop elsewhere.Jenn

Absolutely gorgeous greenhouse here in Bradford with multiple colour combinations of geraniums which are all well-priced! Herbs and perennials on outdoor tables. Cheerful staff to help!

Love this nursery! Had exactly the house plants that I wanted. But their decor is super expensive.

Staff is always friendly and super helpful. Great prices and selection. Knowledgeable staff is key. Y'all are amazing.

Although we live far from FG they are still our go to nursery for annuals...especially Proven Winners annuals as their selection is excellent. This past spring I made contact with Rob and he was really good about getting back to me and doing his very best to set aside the plants we asked for. We very much appreciate such personalized service in these crazy times.
