Tammy and her staff at Bluewater are amazing! They run a tight ship and truest care for their clients. My son loves his staff but knows he can’t push them. It takes a certain kind of person to be able to be firm but fair with kids like my son, with behaviours that regular people have difficulty handling. I would recommend Tammy and her staff to anyone who asks, I wouldn’t trust my sone with anyone else! Thank you Tammy and your team!

We had a terrible experience with Bluewater Respite (with one of the coordinators in the London area). We were referred by Urgent Response Services for our son, through the Ontario Autism Program. The workers we were provided were a terrible match for our family. They both had very little experience, although I was told differently. Our main “support” worker didn’t understand what redirecting, blocking or ignoring a behaviour meant.For a child that was referred due to severe self harm, I would have hoped I could have selected a worker for him.We were over promised and under delivered right from the beginning … So many red flags with our experience.I can’t speak for this company as an entirety; but the coordinator and support staff we were provided, here in London were awful.
