Maple Grove Dental

I had a very pleasant experience at this dental office. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The dentist made every effort to ensure that the work he did was excellent. He also explained the process thoroughly so I knew exactly what to expect.

Dr. Green was rude and condescending to deal with. She did a filling for me that feels rough and sharp and does not sit well with my bottom teeth. I went back in to have it looked at and she dismissed what I was saying and said that the filling was fine. Will be going to a different dentist to get the filling looked at. Very disappointed with the service.

Had a crown put in a few days ago and all I can say is OUTSTANDING! No pain at all. Dr Theresa Caplice was fantastic and very courteous. I can't say enouigh good things about Maplegrove Dental. Thank You!!!

5 star experience every time, from the minute you walk in to the last spit and polish. Everyone at reception is smiling and friendly, know you by name. Dentists and hygienists are kind, gentle and thorough. Can’t recommend Maple Grove Dental highly enough. Thank you, Drs. Teresa Caplice and Elliott Ber for decades of dedicated care.

I grew up undiagnosed neurodivergent, which made things like dental visits very difficult for everyone. As an adult, there's a lot of shame and anxiety built-in to oral health for me. However, my time at Maple Grove Dental has helped me reframe all of it: kind and patient staff, dentists who make patient comfort a priority, and an overall pleasant experience that didn't require gassing or anything extreme. I no longer have anxiety prior to dental visits - thanks Maple Grove Dental!

I don’t think many people enjoy going to the dentist, but I am glad that Maple Grove Dental is MY go to dental facility. My family and I have been going here for 30+ years and would never consider going elsewhere. I am always greeted in a professional yet friendly manner. The women at reception also have a sense of humour which would put anyone at ease. The staff have always managed to accommodate us for small dental emergencies that have occurred over the years and keep us up to date on check-ups and cleanings. They deserve every star.

Had a filling done on my top left molar. It fell out within 2 months. Had to go to another clinic to get it fixed.My father had several fillings done there as well. Most of them fell out too.Save your money. Go to another clinic where they can actually do the job properly.

This office is fantastic. Not sure if Dianne and Steve have the wrong office they are reviewing as this office doesn’t use headsets / ear pieces and I have never been charged any extras. And a bald dentist? And they are current with technology being digital. I drive from Toronto.Highly recommended

I was a patient for about 35 years, mostly of Dr. Elliott Ber. However Dr. Ber has retired and Caplice has recently taken over and my experience with her has been terrible. During her transition with Ber She almost tried to fill a cavity that didn't exist, before Dr. Ber (luckily) stopped her, because he knew my history and that I had an impacted wisdom tooth resting against the supposed tooth with a cavity. More recently since Dr. Ber retired, I made the mistake of missing an appointment. One appointment missed in 35 years. They tried to slip in a $50 fee on my next visit. When I asked about it, they told me what it was for. I had never been advised that I would be subject to the fee. When I asked for it to be waived, given my 35 years of history, Julie told me no. When I asked if I could speak with someone who has more authority to waive the fee, again I was told no. I work as a professional too. People miss appointments sometimes and waste my time. It's a cost of doing business and discretion should be used to waive such fees for long standing customers with good relationships. This is not the tact that is being taken under Caplice. It seems that since Dr. Ber has retired, the level of care and honoring of long standing relationships is gone. There are many options for Dentists. Don't let them bully you.
