Happened to get stuck with road closures in Hope due to the severe floods! I needed a safe place to store my truck as I flew back home to Vancouver..3 weeks later once the roads reopened, I retrieved my truck in good condition and John was very fair about the cost ! I would recommend this business to anyone needing a safe storage place! John you are awesome, thank you

I recently made a purchase of an older rv that needed some wiring done on it to my suprise it needed to have the starter and siloniod on the starter rebuilt to without even thinking twice about the situation they were doing anything they could to help me. They fixed the issue with the starter than rewiring my ignition problem and got my RV to start I was amazed at what they did and asked for nothing in return as I was leaving the storage yard I than found that my transmission was slipping and not going to far at all ,they then helped out with 4 to6 quarts of transmission fluid but it still wouldn't move unfortunately I tried to see what it would cost to tow it from Hope B.C. to Abbotsford but couldntreach anyone.the next day they said that his brother could have my RV towed with his bcaa for RV's within 300 miles free of charge but it could only happen one time only I couldn't believe my ears what he just said .you guys rock. I so much appreciate everything that you did for me.i owe you fellas a great deal for everything you did and cant thank you enough....for everything...

John is a bit of a shyster in my opinion, rented one of his largest units for about 6 months, I left roughly on the 4th of the final month and went to talk to john to see if he would prorate it (just like he did when I first rented the unit), considering it was only a couple days into the month, and the length of time I had the unit, I didn't think it would be an issue, needless to say John was not willing to refund anything and then actually had the nerve to ask me to tell him when it's empty so he could rent it to someone else and collect double rent even though the unit was still technically mine now for the rest of the month, the level of greed this guy has left a very bad taste in my mouth, needless to say if you have other options, I'd steer clear of this place.

Convenient place and good service!This is my std storage place for my trailer when I'm not using it

John is a descent guy but unfortunately his storage compound is not secure.A couple years ago someone attempted to break into my trailer and caused $300 worth of damage to my locks. (there wasnt even an offer by John to split the difference or reduce a months rent or??? NOTHING 0 accountability)A week ago we go get our trailer to head out camping and as were setting up at camp we notice our stabilizer jacks have been stolen.Then when I go to unlock a compartment I see its been breached and the compartment cleaned out.Tools, a bbq, and a fiskars axe to name a few items stolen.We noticed a pile of junk behind our trailer when we left and wondered what that was about as well it appears a few trailers are being lived in.The gate is always open so that combined with the aforementioned means we will not be storing there again.The decline is obvious.
