Mr Laundry

I have been washing and drying my blanket her for a while, never had a problem. I get a different staff member and all of a sudden it's to heavy for the dryer. My blanket gets taken out and left in a heap of wet. Things shouldn't change with different employees

Clean, and never too busy. Staff helpful. Drop off or do your own. Machines work good.

What I like:- Many machines with quick wash cycles- Plenty of parking in front- Employee(s) can provide change, if needed- Convenient hoursWhat I did not like:- Faucet handle in the bathroom was missing, so it was difficult to figure out a way to turn on the faucet- Much more cleaning of the older washing machines is necessary. The newer washing machines are fantastic (no complaints!), but if you happen to use an older one, it is important to check the washer + washer door to make sure that it is clean before using the machine. The newer washing machines were all occupied during one visit, so I had to use an older one, and only part way through the wash did I notice the green/grey/brown buildup of what was likely mold and/or mildew on the inside rim of the washing machine door (see photos). There was quite a bit of buildup so it likely had been there some time. Several of the unoccupied older neighbouring washers also had this buildup. It was too late to remove my clothes from the machine and there were no other newer washers available anyway, so I let it complete the cycle. Once the clothes were washed and dried, they did not smell right. There was an odour, and though I tried to wash the items again at home using detergent and baking soda to get the moldy-mildewy smell out, that did not work. It took a few more washes with baking soda and detergent over time to remove the odour from the majority of the clothing, but the moldy-mildewy smell could not be removed from the bedsheet set, and I was never able to use the set again as a result.

Very clean and the owner is nice. Very helpful and polite, we regularly come here because our apartment dryer is garbage.

Excellent place to do your laundry. Top quality machines. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, willing to help if need to understand something. Plus; at this laundromat, you can have them do your laundry for you for an extra charge but well worth it if you are to busy to do it yourself. I did 2 loads this morning using one washing machine and one dryer. Fast and efficient the machines both did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this laundromat. Thank you Mr Laundry and all who work there. Y'all are awesome...

Went here for the first time, the dryers were running hot and not working the best. I spent more trying to dry my clothes than I did washing them.. I asked the lady working and she made every excuse in the book about it. Poor attitude. Clean place, but customer service sucked.

The place is clean friendly young girl and variety of laundry machines to fit all needs. Cheaper than all others love it

I drop my laundry off here for washing weekly for the past six months.The lady has been nothing but pleasant to me and started recognizing me after my third visit. My laundry is always done in a timely manner and folded so neatly!Today when I went to pick up my laundry she brought it to my attention that a sock was missing. That attention to detail is something I truly appreciate.

The staff here are beyond amazing! You can use their machines or use their drop off service, which is about $2/lb. I used the drop off service as I was recovering from an operation, and two large Ikea bags cost me under $40 to be washed, dried and folded. Staff even folded my clothes by type so I could quickly transfer them from my bags to my closet. A task that might have taken me all day took them just a few hours and definitely saved me some sanity! Will always recommend Mr Laundry.

Came 1 hour before closing, and they told me to leave because they close in 1 hour. My laundry does not take 1 hour, but they refused.
