What a horror show. It started off with no name or telephone number connected to the reservation. The waitress seating us looked and sounded like she'd never done that tast before. When seated we realized there was no air conditioning in the space on a stinking hot day. We ordered food and it took almost 40 minutes to get 4 out of 5 of the dinners. Three of those were the fish and chips - the fish was good - but they only served us 1 piece of fish not two for the $21 per plate. One guest got the pasta dish which was cold and clearly had been microwaved and was inedible. I finally went and asked where the 4th dinner of fish and chips was and was rudely told it was coming. It wasn't until the guest missing his dinner went and complained to the general manager of the resort that the last plate showed up and we were told by the waitress serving it that she had taken this food from someone else! And we were only served one piece of fish not two and when confronted with that information, the waitress said it was because they didn't have enough fish for all the orders. 3 our of the 4 of us didn't get and tartar sauce with the fish and no ketchup was delivered on the table. The waitress was avoiding us when trying to get her attention to get refills on our drinks and when finally confronted explained that there was no manager on duty. Magically, after the conplaint was made to the general manager about the situation, a manager showed up. The venue is tired, the service was terrible, the food was dishonestly served and the air conditioning wasn't working. Avoid this place!!

My boyfriend and I had hoped to sit on the patio, but a huge group literally took up all the tables. There was all of maybe 12 other people inside. Not busy at all. They had 2 waiters, one cook. We waited an hour for our food. No one came to our table to say that our food was on the way or apologize for the delay. After the hour, a waitress came and asked us if we wanted anything to drink as we just had water. The drinks we ordered were on the house". When our food finally came

had an amazing dinner at stone 21- the menu does not do the food justice- it is amazing! better than many restaurants i toronto- had the spinach dip with pita - the flavour was excellent- for sure it was homemade- followed by an outstanding brisket sandwich on a ciabatta bun - full of flavour with a nice presentation as well. our server Nick was great- will be sure to go back

We went to Stone21 at Pinestone Resort for lunch this week and we had a great meal. We were seated on the patio at our request which is nice and large with a view of a small lake. Nick was very attentive and took our drink orders right away. The menu is small but there is something for everyone. We ordered a brisket sandwich, Indian tacos and a Waygu beef burger. The tacos had bison chili and wild rice - very tasty and different. We also really enjoyed our brisket sandwich and burger. Nick was an awesome server and the GM Miles also came over to see how we were. Service overall was great! This new menu has some great options and we will be back again.

Last night my coworker and I went here for dinner and was treated exceptionally well thanks to KEVINNN! He really made the night for us and assured we were taken care of at all times. Much appreciation for the service and also Mike in the kitchen made some very delicious food and the fish & chips was amazing. I’d come back and look forward to the changes going to be made at the Pinestone Resort & Stone21 in the future!

We where the only one's there. We ordered the nachos. They where stale and bland. Everything tasted old. Some of the Nacho's where soggy. They were not layered, so everything was sitting on top and the bottom ones where just there. All clustered together because they where just thrown in the fryer and didn't get fried properly. Very disappointed. For the time we waited and the cost was very disappointed and definitely not worth it. It looks, feels and taste run down.

Extremely overpriced food, limited selection and quality of the meal was mediocre at best. Server was very nice but there were very obvious mistakes in the kitchen that were not caught ie I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and the croutons were missing. Very basic things like quality control were missing and the meal costed over 70 dollars for just me and my husband. I understand that this was not a standalone restaurant, but part of a conference center/resort...but if you are offering on-site dining, either step up your dishes with better recipes and ingredients, or reduce your price points. It could be so much better.
