it was what i needed to launch my small boat, good slope, no line ups early and although snug between a few residential docks it was easy in and out.

Fine for kayaks and very small boats but too shallow and small for larger craft. Compounding the issue is no finger / dock. Pretty disappointing.

Very little parking and only if you have a boat trailer. No good for roof top boats or kayaks.
