I came in today to shop for the first time after Quarantine. I received incredible customer service from Andrew( I think that was his name), such great service and knowledge of the products in the store. He helped me find all that I needed and explained the difference between the brands, the quality, and how they would reflect on my performance and needs. I would definitely advise this store. Also, greatttttt prices on everything.

My brother and I dropped into his go to sporting goods store along Dundas St west of Hwy 427.It’s a huge store with plenty of stock and choices.I find there are lots of items marked down and many clearance plus on sale stickers.He often finds super bargains like today!Customer service was good.Plenty of parking at the side of the store.

I went there to buy skates for my kids. The price for the skates were good but the service was not. I felt like the staffs only cared about what they had on hand to do instead of helping out customers. The cashier we met that day was also a bit unpleasant. He seemed to be more into the conversations he had with fellow staff member than answering my question regarding a product. The only person that gave me good impression was the man that helped us sharpened our skates! And for that I brought a skate sharpening pass. As buying other things; I had better service elsewhere.

Great store. Lots of variety. Usually it's expensive. So take advantage of sales. I got 20% off all of my bill.Service could be a bit slow, but the staff is great. Make sure to ask for help if you need it

My new favourite location! Their customer service is outstanding and I really love the classic look and setup of the store. Very friendly and super helpful staff. They have a better selection in-store than on the website, and if they don't have something in stock they will bring it in from another store within a couple of days. I have shopped at National Sports for 25+ years for most of my sporting equipment and now will continue the tradition with my children. Keep up the great work NS!

Manager advised they no longer sold golf equipment at that particular. But was courteous and as a result we discussed some more and my needs where still meet and well beyond my expectations. Found the right golf shoes for a terrific price and some balls half price and I can always use golf balls!

I've changed my opinion of 4 stars (from LY) to 5 because as of late, everyone here has been very helpful. Store still gets a little messy, but thanks to a combination of messy shoppers & low scheduled staff. Cant take that out on their team. But they're all knowledgeable & the store is still shoppable even when messy.

I've never been disappointed with this store. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Tons of equipment and clothing to chose from. The gentleman behind the skate sharpening desk, I believe his name is Paul, is so very welcoming. I've heard other staff tell him to hurry up, which I thought was rude coming from workers so much younger than him, but the time he took to chat with me is the reason I return to this store to get my skates sharpened. His customer service is A1.
