Balm Beach Golf Club

Really nice place to play a round of golf, the course is very well maintained and the staff are very helpful

Paid $115 for twilight tonight, we let a group go ahead of us only to be interrupted in the middle of our game on the 5th hole by an employee to start playing best ball because she only gets paid so much for the day. We were 2 hours in total. We will not be going back to this course and it’s a shame because we used to go quite frequently.

DO NOT GOLF HERE. Terrible customer service. Came to Tiny with my family and called ahead for a tee time. Immediately met with hostility by the female club house employee stating “umm it’s raining…” I asked if I could bring my toddler who is showing interest in golf and she replied “absolutely not we do NOT allow children on the course”. I understand course rules but she was incredibly rude about it. We get there , group of 5 of us, not a single person on the course , the “Marshall” goes “ you better be playing 3 and 2… it’s course rules” and he followed us around the entire time. These people are a joke. I’ve been golfing for 15 years at all sorts of courses in all Ontario and I have never experienced an environment so hostile. Do not come here , it’s not worth it!! AWFUL EXPERIENCE!the pro shop lady and the Marshall were extremely frustrating and rude.The Marshall followed us around and was watching us the entire round.The course is poorly maintained and the amount of players on the course speak for itself.I would recommend the other nearby courses even if it’s a little bit of a further drive

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hostile environment. came here for a round with my family and we were immediately met with hostility. We are not a rowdy group of people and had a group of 5. They immediately told us we could not golf together even though we were the only ones on the course! The woman club house employee and “marshall” were awful. 60 bucks for 9 holes met with hostility this place is an absolute joke. Do not come here

We were a group of 4 playing with carts. We had a group of 2 behind that were playing best ball so we let them pass us. Shortly after the marshal came to us telling us to pick up the pace. Not impressed by how he was trying to rush us through the course even though we were by no means slow and barely anyone on the course. Other than that this is a really enjoyable course and we always like playing here. It is a good mid range level and the price is right.

Balm Beach left me thoroughly disappointed. The course maintenance was subpar, with patchy fairways and poorly maintained greens. The layout lacked imagination and variety, making it unengaging. The staff provided indifferent service, and the outdated clubhouse and unclean restrooms were unsatisfactory. Considering the poor conditions and disappointing experience, the fees were unjustifiable. I regret spending my money on this golf course and cannot recommend it for a quality golfing experience.

I feel super welcomed here! The staff has been very lovely in my experience and it’s a really fun course for a cottage country getaway.

Showed up with a large group and the Marshall immediately targetted us. We were respectful and played in 3 seperate groups, and the Marshall. Completely disrespectful and was swearing at us when we spoke to him. Very unprofessional and I would recommend to anyone that if you actually want to enjoy yourself and a game of golf, don't go here.

We had a Family Golf Tournament here on Thanksgiving weekend. It was the 1st Annual and I know we'll be back for year 2! So much fun. They were able to accommodate us on short notice for a date, allowed all levels to golf, and had all the carts ready to go. It was an amazing day!
