As our rented place doesnt have a Washer or dryer, this is the first spot we went to wash and dry our clothes.It never disappointed us!Machines are clean and in good condition.Heavy load washers are also available.I find its very crowded on weekend mornings.Also, they have installed fans for summer recently too!Thank you for maintaining well SoapBin!

I recently visited this laundromat and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and clean facilities they provided. The staff assisted me with any questions or concerns I had.The laundromat itself was clean, with well-maintained machines and a pleasant atmosphere. I appreciated the seating areas available, which made waiting for my laundry a comfortable experience. The amenities offered were convenient. There were soaps and detergents for sale and they even had complimentary Wi-Fi, allowing me to catch up on work while waiting for my laundry to finish.Overall, I highly recommend!

I'm driving from kitchener to use this place. I've been doing it for few years now, and I like it still, clean machines, well maintained, and customer service is good, I'll be doing business with them regardless negative comments some people give, my experience is good and I recommend visiting them.

This place is amazing. Very kind owners who always have a smile. They’ve done very well with cleaning my laundry keeping them smelling very good and stain free. They also have excellent services for filling gallons of clean drinking water.

I had an amazing experience here after our washing machine broke. I needed to do my laundry and coming here was an amazing choice!! My grandma had recommended it to me and the owners were incredibly polite and helpful like she told me. It was very clean as well and I felt comfortable while I washed my clothes. They have been here for years and I couldn’t recommend it enough- thank you so much!

This location is amazing, I can't say enough! The facilities are clean, obviously well cared for, the prices are fair, and the owner was incredibly helpful! Overall, if I need to do my full house of duvets again, I won't look for another laundromat- I will always return to this one!

It was a closing time and we reached on canada day. Owner was so friendly he allowed us to do laundry. I recommend to go here anytime and you get water are refill

I had the worst experience with them. I don't know how people are still using their services given their attitude toward customers. I went at around 7 pm and the guy told they are closed so I asked him to come some other day. After 2 days I went there again and started doing laundry. First of all, attendant there is super rude. He doesn't know how to talk to a customer. I had some query regarding alteration of few of my clothes and asked about the price they charge for the same. That guy simply refused to tell prices and said it's their policy not to share prices. I mean really? I don't know what's wrong with them but they definitely don't know how to talk to customers. I'd rather pay more than going to the kind of place.

I’ll never return. My dryer died today so went to use a dryer. He walks around telling everyone to hurry up, turns dryer settings on high when customers walk away. Including delicates that can’t go on high heat like mine. First and last time. It’s not busy and not near closing. But based on other reviews I agree. Rude and poor service .
